Room was a little tight for 3 adults

Easy to get around using the shuttle bus.bed was comfortable.

No tea facilities in room. Rooms not close together. I had mentioned it was a big birthday no tiny touches made

There was a regular, special bus for the guests from the Ibis hotel to the Schiphol airport. The breakfast is really very nice. The beds were comfortable.

The room was small. The table wasn't stable. The extra bed was on a lower level than the normal bed. We recommend this hotel even, if you want to visit Amsterdam. From the airport there are regular and fast trains to the capital, for approx. 40-45 mins from the hotel to the Amsterdam central station.

Good to stay for a one night. Near to airport also have a Bus direct to airport.

Not for a family if you plan, rooms is to small.

Less receptionists/staff and long waiting queue for check in guests which was quite frustrating. It took me 20-30 minutes to dive into the room after a tiresome flight .

Ontvangst erg vriendelijk, buffetrestaurant erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers basic ingericht maar erg stil en alles was aanwezig. Prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor vroeg wegvliegen of laat aankomen op schiphol.

Super Shuttle Service von und zum Flughafen, allerbestes Frühstück, vor allem, weil es auch für frühe Flüge ab 04:00 Uhr zur Verfügung steht!

Hier war alles super, es gibt nichts zu beklagen!

Convenient place to overnight between flights with free shuttle.

The room was clean.

Due to a cancelled flight and and a missed connection I was forced to take an overnight hotel for a 6:30 flight. I arrived at 23:00 but the check-in took exactly one hour. Unacceptable for an airport hotel and something to take note off if you are only going for a few hours of sleep as I did.

Bad value. The most expensive hotel I have ever stayed in (145eur). Very simple bathroom accessories for price. Long walk ro room with luggage. Quite long wait for shuttle

Very close to airport, 24hr small food convenient store in the lobby. Shuttle bus takes less than 10min to airport.

Staff seemed very stressed and in-out experience. No kettle or basic utilities in room, so we’re very limited. As this is obviously mainly used for layovers and cancelled flights should really sell toothbrushes/toothpaste things like this in the 24hr convenient store. TV didn’t work.

It was ideal for an overnight stay before catching an early morning flight the following morning. Rooms were standard, but quiet, and ensured a good night's sleep. It is airside, so when you get up in the morning, it is straight to the airline lounge or departure gate, no queuing for security again.

Comfortable room but quite dark

Non-changing basic breakfasts every day. Public transport to city center not very convenient.

Location wise was great.

Not too many option for the hotel shuttle from the airport.
