Wundervolle Lage an dem Park, Toller Blick in die Natur. Sehr ruhig Stadtzentrum fusslaufig erreichbar Tolles Schwimmbad, Wassertemperatur perfekt und Bademanteln vorhanden Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal Möglichkeit gegen Bezahlung später auszuchecken

schönes Hotel, sehr freundlich alles sauber, schnelles ein und ausschecken, alle Sprachen… netter Pool, Sauna und Dampfbad klein … solarium jnd whirlppol kostenpflichtig. Sportraum…

Zimmer hatte im Bad keine Lüftung, Tür nach draußen war direkt an der Ausfahrt für alle Autos, aber keine andere Lüftungsmoglichkeit da Fenster nicht aufging! Sport Zimmer war mini, Duschen beim Pool nur offen ohne Tür!

Room was great, especially being able to divide the two space. Great bathroom. Good breakfast. We loved the facilities and made good use of the pool, sauna and steam room.

There could have been more mid-range options on the dinner menu, as this didn't allow much flexibility when choosing.

Coffee machine in the room didnt work and still I had to pay for a coffee in the bar in the morning.

Wonderful hotel at a great location. We had a room with lake view which we really enjoyed. We visited during a heatwave and the air-co was amazing. Professional and helpful personnel. The breakfast was great.

Big, clean room with a nice balcony and a stunning view of the lake and fort. Really good spa facilities which were free to access including pool, steam room and sauna. Outdoor patio on the lake was great for evening drinks. Really attentive staff!

Staying here for the third time. Everything was excelent as always, comfortable beds and all other facilities. Reception staff is very helpful with any requests.

The only thing that bothered me, were that maids were speaking russian quite loud and maybe thinking that no one understands them. It was a bit uncomfortable hearing them talking about me.

the acoustic in the hallway is quite bad, so every morning we were woken by people (visitors and staff) talking or working outside of our door.

We arrived at 1.15 but our room was ready and Daniel on Reception gave us some Peppermint Tea as I was very tired. We also enjoyed super Onion Soup on the terrace in the sunshine overlooking the lake, very peaceful. Swimming pool superb.

Nothing to dislike

The room was huge, and the bed was really comfy. The swimming pool and sauna were a really relaxing plus. The staff was really nice and the level of cleanliness was superb.

A bit far away from public transport if you're not travelling by car

- the room is very clean and bright with a beautiful lake view - free capsules are provided daily for the in-room coffee machine - although it is relatively close to the city centre, about 20-25 minutes walking, it has quiet surroundings and lots of greenery - it was the first time since travelling, that we got a twin room, although we requested a double room, this is not necessarily a bad thing but rather funny ;)

- the doors are poorly soundproofed and it can be very noisy when cleaning in the morning (and it starts at 8.30am) or when other guests get the urge to chat in the hallway - if you are not careful, the door can close very loudly behind you and this is also disturbing for the other guests

This hotel is in a lovely park on the edge of town. It is right on a canal, with nice decks overlooking the water. It has lots of attached facilities, including a pool, restaurant, and bowling alley. It's a really peaceful, quiet location. The front desk staff was consistently kind and helpful.

If you want to go into town, it is about a forty minute walk, or you can bus/walk it in about 20 minutes. There isn't really anything but park in the neighborhood right around the hotel.

Nice and quiet environment and peaceful lake view :) The room and the bathroom were qiute clean. Also nice restaurant & bar. I will never forget this place because I got a proposal from my boyfriend :) It is a bit far from city centre (20 - 25 mins by walk) but still I am glad to discover this place.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was a good spread with lots of different options and they were very happy to accommodate an allergy. Friendly and helpful staff. It is a little way outside the center of the city but this means it is quiet and the bus links are excellent and easy to use.

It is expensive with the extras such as breakfast and bike hire adding up quite quickly. However, I suspect it is no more expensive than any other hotel in the area and the location was excellent for us because we were visiting people who live close to the hotel.

Prices of beer was very high. A little far from the tourist section.
