Liked we could get in room early. nice size room. Close to cruise port

Menu was limited, especially for vegetarians. Breakfast was over priced. Food in bar was nice but very limited. Room was a bit worn. Hotel is not as close to the Tram stop as told by employee when i called, especailly with luggage. Still a lot of walking and pulling luggage

We liked the room and our view was wonderful. The Concierge was very helpful. Ubers easily found the hotel and that was helpful.

Our river cruise ship was docked quite a ways away.

I was charged twice by this hotel, and the staff were very rude and unhelpful when it came to helping understand and resolve the issue. The staff were very dismissive and didn't provide any type of customer service to a paying customer. Olena, who is the supervisor at the hotel, was very rude and unhelpful.

We needed a hotel for a one night stay prior to a cruise departure and chose the Mövenpick because of its location. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were most helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a large selection, The room was quiet and had an excellent view.

Das sich nebenan im Bimhuis befindene 4'33 Café hat leider nicht jeden Tag geöffnet, hier kann man bei einer tollen Aussicht Kaffee, Cocktails & ein Dinner genießen.

We hadden geboekt met leerlingen. Last minute een kamer moeten veranderen. Dot was geen enkel probleem.. tot nadien.. Er werden toch kosten afgehouden van de visa voor het niet nemen van een kamer.. Maar we hadden deze omgewisseld.. gebeld maar niets hielp...

- We were given the room which was just opposite the lift. Every time we opened the door, people who waited for the lift could see the room through. It would be good to be asked when we checked in. - It was too noisy at the breakfast area, one reason was that it was a peak hour in the holiday period. Another reason could be a poor design of the area, which was too shallowed, and the materials used were not sound proofing. I felt stressed to eat my breakfast. - It was not easy to find restaurants nearby.

The Superior room with a View was very spacious and had a great layout, and of course view of the river. The breakfast was great, it had plenty of options.

We had a room with a view. We were a 10 min walk to central station and everything was close to central station. You can get a train from central station to schiphol airport. The hotel was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were so nice and friendly and had very good english.

I have no complaints about the hotel everything was lovely

Clean, modern, & great range of facilities. All the staff were very friendly, helpful & professional. Complimentary upgrade was offered to us, without us even having to ask.

Ich habe spontan ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen, das hat mich sehr gefreut :) Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte einen schönen Blick, eine gute Aussicht und auch sonst alles was man braucht. Die Sauna war wirklich sehr angenehm und hatte eine gute Größe! Das Personal war überwiegend sehr freundlich.

Ich bestellte mir morgens Frühstück aufs Zimmer, lediglich Omelette mit Pilzen. Bekam aber zusätzlich noch 4-5 Brötchen sowie Süßgebäck. Das ist ja sehr lieb gemeint, aber es ist schade um die Lebensmittel, da ich alleine so viel nicht schaffen würde und zusätzlich eine Gluten Unverträglichkeit habe. Daher konnte ich davon nichts essen. Nach dem Frühstück fühlte ich mich leider auch nicht sonderlich gut, woran es genau lag, kann ich nicht sagen. Ich gab dies an der Rezeption weiter, die Dame notierte sich alles fleißig und wollte sich bei mir per Mail zurückmelden, das ist jetzt jedoch nach einer Woche immer noch nicht passiert. Das war jetzt aber nicht dramatisch, insgesamt habe ich meinen kurzen Aufenthalt genossen!

Nichts gefunden. Update vom 14.2.2024 Eine Sache doch gefunden... Es ist die Kaution dir wir hinterlegt haben, bis heute haben wir keine Rückerstattung bekommen. Ich habe vor paar Tagen Hotel angeschrieben. Jedoch ohne Rückantwort. Schade..
