It is fully inclusive and provides everything needed.

Room service was slow and ac wasn’t working.

Location and actual working staff (i.e., waiter, waitresses, kitchen staff, front desk).

1) We (8 adults + 1 child) used 4 rooms for 4 nights. 2 adults got serious gastro-intestinal disturbance after the 3rd meal. One of us had to go to hospital to receive serum and antibiotics to defeat the high levels of bacteria. The other one was already taking antibiotics due to being in Africa for 9 day against possibility of malaria, which did not happen. Btw, we did not go directly from Africa to this property. There 12 days in between where we had home cooked meals. 2) the showers were not kept clean. Actually, they were disgusting. A picture is attached. 3) Napkin dispensers had food stains left by other guests and these stains were aged, not new. When we told the restaurant manager, he pretty much dismissed the issue and the following day we observed that no action was taken. 4) The floors leading to the room on were covered with some very cheap looking material that was between vinyl and short haired floor mat material. They were gray and showed lots of stains and dirt. Not a pretty site at all. 5) AC systems thermostat was cancelled for each room. They were pumping some semi-cooled air into each room without any consideration to the guests’ preferences in terms of room temperature. Do we had to settle for whatever they were providing, which was completely insufficient (the rooms were cooled enough). 6) One of our rooms were invaded by ants. Nd they ended up spraying the entire room and the balcony. It stank.

All staff was very friendly and nice.

I was there one week and pool area was dirty and bad smells, they don’t wash floor in the pool area.I think this property no manager or never been pool area.Also pool area very LOUD music all datly and nighttime.

- Stairs - Not enough variety on meals - The hotel should take care of guests which are reserving their place at the swimming pool at 6am in the morning. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t had the chance to use the swimming pool.
