I don't know from where to start. Cleanliness though was the most disappointed part. All those years I have visited so many hotels through booking.com but that was a really nightmare which anyone has to avoid. The room that they gave us was very dirty and even I called several times the reception i had to go in person from the 6th floor to get an employee to see what I was getting deal with. They changed our room with my request (they only wanted to clean up the toilet which was used) and the new one they gave us was too small with a semi double bed and not enough space to move in. Also the closet was too small. The pool was always full of people and very dirty. You couldn't find to sit anywhere. Umbrellas also was out of discussion. So if you decide to visit this hotel you have to be full of patience and blind...

The view of the city is spectacular. Food and beverages that were included in the offer was outstanding.

The hotel room was a bit dated but clean.

The staff tried to be helpful, good and varied food, clean pool, nice staff at, restaurant, reception and pool bar.

Very poor wifi connection, sometimes non-existent, almost non-existent cleanliness, linen was changed only once in a 7-nights stay, we took the garbage out of the room ourselves every day, towels were changed only when we requested.

Good location at the hill top.

The staff were very polite and helpful The turkish bath and massage was super and the lady was very professional and friendly.

The all inclusive food was limited and the drinks especially the beer was dreadful. No bottles of drinking water in the bedroom which is standard in most hotels.

City Hill is a hidden gem and nothing that you expect. The staff is really friendly, kind and go out of there way to make your stay seamless. They offer all inclusive which means you never have to leave the hotel (definitely select this option when booking your stay). The pool is superb and the staff is always running around to ensure you well fed and hydrated☺️. I definitely recommend this hotel if you going to Kusadasi. It's near to public transport and all the attractions.

Nothing pops to mind. It was a superb stay and the team is passionate about what they do.

We have stayed at this Hotel before and the Turkish Food they serve is always excellent. If you’re wanting Egg N Chips or Burgers this is the wrong Hotel for you.
