Rooms are very dated. Mattress very hard. Next to a multi storey car park so could hear cars throughout the night

Good location if you don't drive a car, in the city center. I have stayed in Alicante before at other locations and Hotel Cervantes is so far the best. Always someone behind the desk and very polite. The room was very clean and comfortable for the price. Free coffee and crossiant in the morning. I know where to stay next time. Thank You.

There was nowhere to sit in reception. A small bench could easily be put there!

Very central location, many bars & restaurants nearby and only a 4 minute walk from the waterfront. Room was basic but very clean. The staff were very friendly and always happy if we had any questions.

Room was a little dated, but was comfortable. There was no fan in the bathroom which made it feel very hot in there after showering. A balcony would’ve been preferred to dry clothes and relax in the morning but I wouldn’t say that is a negative point as our room was a good price.

We travelled to Alicante by bus from Denia and took a taxi to the hotel, which cost only 6 Euro with a tip. The hotel is amazingly close to the main drag for shops, bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and also incredible value for money- €63 for one night with breakfast. The staff didn’t have much English; however, they were so friendly and we were so appreciative that they looked after our bags upon the day we left at no extra charge.

I honestly could not find any fault with this accommodation.

My room was clean and adequate. The location is very central and safe but a tad noisy in the morning. I didnt have breakfast but it was in the building, easy to access. The staff were so helpful!

I would prefer better pillows - they are very basic.

Very basic, but clean, cheap, a good bed and a fine shower. Great price.

AC in my room old and made some noice. My friends room had a newer one.
