Staff vere very friendly and helpful. .My only suggestion is to have an alternative energy supply. Exceptional facility and staff.

Great location, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars in the town. The facilities are well maintained and the staff were very friendly.

Loved the huge and beautifully decorated bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to please.

Room service was not available in the evening, but I was able to order from Mr D.

no WiFi in bedrooms nor electrical backup in bedrooms during load shedding - not expected in 5 star guesthouse. bedroom a little tired - needs upgrade. complete rip off for family joining us for breakfast one morning- R280/person.

The staff were extremely friendly & helpful.

Our first night stay Room 19 had the most terrible sewage smell. We alerted the manager however they said they were full & could not move us. We did not sleep at all it was literally disgusting, the next morning we advised that they needed to move us or we were checking out. They moved us to room 12 a much nicer experience. I am still awaiting the managers response I have called 2 x & left messages 1 week on with no response.

I specifically asked for, and was assured that I would receive, a TWIN room. What I was given was a double bed with two sides made up. This was vary uncomfortable for two male colleagues.

Wonderful two pools, a very well furnitured place, lovely decorated rooms, absolut friendly service, complementary cake and coffee. Very good located. Price/Quality range is great.

our ground floor room (12) was a little noisy in the mornings. no restaurant for evening meals on site but this was fine as plenty of places to eat in town

Enjoyed the small feel, attention as needed, comfortable rooms, two pools & private sitting areas to enjoy inside & out. Easy walk to shopping. Easy to get Uber rides. Definitely recommend while staying in Stellenbosh.

To not having any additional power sources in current load shedding times isn’t acceptable. Breakfast orders also took over an hour. No where to put your things in the bathroom.
