Tolle Lage in einer gated residential area. Sehr idyllisch inmitten von Weinbergen gelegen und zentral zum Besuch von Paarl, Stellenbosch etc. mit dem Auto.. Gutschein für Wine tasting im Übernachtungspreis enthalten. Sehr gutes Frühstück im Restaurant. Großer Pool. Super 18 Loch Golfplatz auf dem Gelände

Nahe der Lodge finden große Baumaßnahmen (Tiefgarage, neues Restaurant etc.) und Gartenumgestaltungen statt. Diese sind mit der Bewegung und Geräuschen großer Baufahrzeuge verbunden. Wir hatten das Superior Zimmer zu einem Promotions-Preis gebucht. Für den normalen Preis wäre es überteuert gewesen

The Security, the facilities, Golf Course, Wine Tasting and two Restaurants to choose from. The location is also very nice especially to be close to Stellenbosch and the wine route!

The view of the mountains are spectacular ! The room was a comfortable size and the breakfast was very good We will be back in the near future

The wifi blue light stays on and could be a problem for some people. The soap and shampoo bottles in the shower did not work properly and one mirror did not have a back light

The receptionist that assisted was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and the staff at the restaurant were great - great service. The security officer Falecia at the De Zalze estate entrance was super friendly and helpful !! Lovely peaceful environment.

I was a little disappointed with the room. For the price we paid I did expect a better position/view.

Rooms are very basic...

no power available to utilise CPAP MACHINE so poor sleep for both my wife and I.It is unacceptable that any 4 star hotel in South Africa does not have supplementary power generation and such a a failure should be stipulated to warn potential guests.

Felt like the place offered the barest minimum possible. Room was just a small plain room with nothing welcoming or special.at all. Breakfast was very underwhelming as well. We left 2 days early and went somewhere else for a spoil that made us feel we were in the beautiful area that Stellenbosch is.
