Awesome villa, it had everything we needed and so nice to have your own pool but still be so close to the beach!

There were are lot of pigeons around resulting in bird poo all over the outdoor seating areas

The keys were exactly where they said they would be and the location and the villa from the outside looked amazing. The garden and pool were beautiful The beds were very comfortable and lovely bedding with cosy duvets The sofas in the lounge were very smart and comfortable The showers were amazing, always hot and powerful

The villa inside was very sparse, little furniture with no soft furnishings to enhance the comfort of the place. The TV was tiny. The kitchen was very sparsely stocked with minimal crockery, glasses and cutlery. The second bedroom was too small for the twin beds with only one bedside table and lamp and very little space either side of the beds to move around. There was a total of 6 hangers in the wardrobe. One bath towel and one hand towel each and no beach towels. ( the housekeeping ladies did offer to bring clean towels during the stay ) The outside furniture was quite tatty and compared to what other villas had, rather inadequate, We saw rattan sofa with cushions etc in other villas on the complex

The villa is very nice, the pool is great and the garden is very spacious. Its very close to a quiet beach, and a short drive away from a small town and some really nice restaurants. The bed was comfortable and overall our stay was great!

We found out on our first night that there is no hot water and the water pressure was very low, so we had to go to bed without showering. Maintenance came the next morning and fixed it. There was also some cleaning problems- we found several worms on the lower floor, the pigeons on the roof left their “mark” on our terrace, and we ran out of toilet paper. None of this took away from our lovely stay, just some things to consider.

All the instructions I got prior our arrival were accurate and very easy to manage. The host is supper kind and helped us with every need we had. The location is wonderful, few steps from the beach and a short walk to the marina.

The property is not the cleanest I have seen..it is not bad but can do better. That includes the pool.... There where a broken chair next to the pool and a light that didn't work in the kitchen- buth were fixed the minute we talked to the property house keeping!

Great peaceful location, big house, fully equipped, private small pool, 3 bedrooms and toilets. Close to a very nice beach.

A little bit Hard to communicate with the staff while there, there was lack of light at some part in the house and outside, cats around, small showers.

Location was perfect the accommodation was very good, had all that was required for our short stay. Communication with villa services was good. No complaints as we had a wonderful holiday.

Super nice location, with private access to the beach. Dishwasher and washing machine available. The air conditioning in the rooms was very appreciated. Nice outdoor area with a pool and with inflatables. The bbq with some coal available was also a nice surprise! Basically it had everything we needed!

Place very dark and slate floors uninviting. Late check in due to tardiness of cleaning person who was not helpful. Pool very cloudy and full of chemicals. As residents of cyprus have found better value for money and quality

If you wish to eat out, need drinking water, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, beach towels/sun shade - take your car/taxi. Pool floor/sides - while the top is ceramic, the bottom and sides are not, making it very sharp and causing many injuries. We booked 2 Villas and family members got nasty cuts and peeled skin in both pools. Furniture - all sun umbrellas and some beds had missing pieces or broken parts causing it to fall dangerously into the water. In addition, there are too many rules stickers and switches everywhere in different colors making it hard to go about your day.

the house is beautiful and big, the garden and the pool are nice and the location is amazing.

the bathrooms are all tiny and not comfortable. the kitchen is equipped but not enough. usually in villas like those there are some ingredients and spices (left from previous visitors) but here there was none. It was all nice but not really generous.

unfortunately our daughter injured herself by falling through a drain at the pool. the covers should be secured.

The property is in a superb location - a truly relaxing, beautiful setting.

The location with easy access to the beach. Nicely kept garden around the property. Able to park at front door. The gardener/ handyman, Marcel extremely helpful, polite and prompt. Two problems I had were fixed immediately.

areas of the property were unclean insect nests were in the corners of window areas Cushions on bed didn’t have protective covers sweat marks pigeon faeces around the BBQ area. if you want a quiet sleep I would advise against this as pigeons are constantly making noise in the morning and cats in the garden constantly.

Good location in between Latchi and Polis. Villa was clean, spacious, had 3 toilets and 3 showers. Also had a BBQ and a nice pool. Staff were very responsive and polite when contacted.

En-suite bathroom was a bit small but shower was nice.

Size and location of the villa were great. Nice and clean and tidy.

Limited hot water, not enough for showers and washing up. Especially as when we visited the weather was chilly, hot showers/option of heating needed. WiFi very limited. More information needed on what to bring, no tea towels/no hairdryer/ limited towels/blankets. Usability of some spaces not good, en suite toilet very snug.

Everything else. We would like to go there again.

The balcony doors were a little bit old hence they couldn't close perfectly. Therefor, I could hear the outside noises pretty clear. Luckily, the area is a pretty quiet one.

It was clean with a good location.

There was no aircondition on the the ground floor and on the first day we had a problem with the air condiotion in our bedroom and we had to sleep with our children.On the next day it was fixed.
