Villa is very large. Amazing view. Good location.

A bit dated. Very small master bed. A few niggly issues, missing/broken sink plugs, aircon in master bed swing function doesn't work, a remote control for one of the bedrooms aircon missing. Table tennis table unusable.

Electrics need looking at regarding plugging in continental plugs, like bed side lamps, into uk 3 pin sockets, or at least warn we would need to provide them ourselves. The hot water timer took some working out but we got there in the end.

View brilliant, owners fantastic. We had one or two problems and they were sorted it very quickly indeed. Excellent service.

Beds too hard, but only our personal opinion. Lack of microwave dishes, again, personal opinion. Very steep drive, co,pensatedbgy amazing view!

Everything!! Very spacious, much more so than the photos show. Very comfortable. WIFI is good. Aircon is brilliant. Kitchen well fitted. Fantastic views and couple of minutes walk to beach. The marina is a lovely 15-20 minutes walk away along the seafront. In 3 weeks we didn't have one bad meal. The pool is lovely and very well maintained. The villa is in a peaceful cul de sac and the views are absolutely amazing. Maria was lovely and dealt with all our queries very quickly and efficiently both before we arrived and during our stay. The kettle needed replacing and was delivered at the crack of dawn after mentioning it to her. Nothing was too much trouble. We hope to visit again.

Nothing we didn't like but some slight improvements/suggestions to make it perfect: Shower in main bathroom a little on the small side and fittings could probably do with replacing. Crockery and cutlery a little outdated. A bigger bed in the master bedroom would be nice, as there's plenty of room. A small welcome pack with a little coffee, milk, water, bread, butter and tea and bin bags would have been nice. There is very little left other than a toilet roll in each bathroom and hand soap but this does seem the norm in Cyprus based on a previous villa. Just a suggestion, we've had this before when we've stayed in other villas in other parts of the world, a water cooler, save traipsing to shops constantly for water.
