Albergo curato e accogliente, curato nell’arredo delle camere e degli spazi comuni

Il bagno della camera, molto piccolo e con doccia sul pavimento davanti al lavabo, facendo la doccia nessuno può accedere al lavandino perché si bagnerebbe. Wc piccolo e posizionato in un piccolo spazio. Staff della reception poco competente. Il costo della camera è stato addebitato sulla carta di credito due giorni prima dell’arrivo senza il mio consenso. Se avessi voluto pagare direttamente all’albergo in contanti o con un’altra carta ciò non sarebbe stato possibile. Per la colazione pagata direttamente in albergo ogni giorno mi è stato dato un prezzo differente. Il bagno all’arrivo non era pulito. La posizione dell’albergo non è ideale per visitare il centro della città

Breakfast was really unique - all fresh local produce. The hotel itself had beautiful features and style and everyone was so friendly.

This hotel is sooo nice, the staff are super friendly and helpful, beds comfy, quiet, all very nice decor and ideal location - walkable from lots of great places and restaurants. Thank you for the hospitality - we hope to return!

The rentable bikes could have been a bit cheaper but at least they were in great condition so can’t complain too much

The room was very comfortable with very nice bedding and pillows. The breakfast was delicious with such a variety of offerings (although on the expensive side). The "cozy hour" every day from 5-6 was fun and we met some nice people there. The location is within 1/2 to 1 mile of most sites but it will require a good bit of walking.

The shower is ridiculous - there is no curtain or door - just a glass partition that does not keep water from spraying out and the floor has a small drain but water still spills out onto the floor, so it can be a bit messy. It just isn't practical, but looks nice.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful and in an excellent location! Staff very helpful from answering emails before arrival to helping us to our room on arrival! Our room was stunning, number 232, and overlooked courtyard.

The whole experience was great. The rooms are well laid out and nicely furnished. Breakfast was really nice and well set out. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. The cozy hour idea is fantastic.

The double bed was two twin beds, woke up 3 times with the beds sliding apart. Bathroom was just too compact, no waste bin. Just the small things. This hotel could be much better with a bit attention to details.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a good location. The free drinks are a nice touch.
