Location is good second time we have stayed here close to transport, shopping & dining options, staff were good including the tour desk staff who arranged Grab taxis for us when needed.

Property is ageing and needs capital works done. Had trouble with power in my room (kept cutting out) however it was eventually rectified, no hot water in bathroom sink, another in our group also had a lighting issue in his room. Very limited TV channels in English although not in KL to watch TV.

the premier room is very spacious and comfortable, the room was clean and i personally enjoy the “room”..the hotel location convenient to menara KL, KLCC and some eateries..the front desk employee are nice

1: breakfast could be improved, no much items. 2. There was this rude guy sitting at 33rd floor, he asked me where i am going i said to pool and he was rude..

Room 2210 - I found a frozen cut fruit in the fridge and I have no idea it was there since when it was there. - Water out from the sink is yellow There is rubbish inside the trash bin - never replace bathrobe after house keeping Room 2210 - never repair the shower head after feedback the shower head is not function well Dinner - front desk told me in-house guest can just walk in and provide room number without present or provide any extra details but when I walk-in the dinner reception said couldn’t find my booking in the PMS system. I was waiting at the dinner reception for about 10 mins to just wait for the staff to allocate my booking - have told the dinner reception that I don’t need the lucky draw but still insist us to go down to lobby collect the lucky draw number - front desk told us that in-house guest enjoy 20% discount but still charge me full amount and when we asked then only proceed to void the initial bill and charge the in-house privilege price

I liked the interior design of the room, made me feel warm and comfy.

There was no pipe or tap beside the toilet bowl
