Fantastic value for money! Definitely a bit tired and in need of an upgrade but for the price it was brilliant. Staff were so friendly and helpful (stored my bag for three weeks while I travelled Malaysia), view of the whole skyline was incredible, super spacious rooms, good location too.
Breakfast was hectic each morning, lots of kids running around, and the pool was under renovation but good that it's getting redone.

Отель старый, комнаты шумные и грязные. Нас переселили из одного номера в другой из за шума, в новом также было достаточно грязно. Кто то покурил в туалете и весь запах пришел в нашу ванную… сантехника и ее состояние это отдельная тема - держатель для душа держался на добром слове, на одном болте где то на 1/3, раковина в ванной забита потому что вода долго уходила. Все как то грязно и пыльно - на панно у кровати пыль не вытирают, в углах грязь, в туалете плесень над зеркалом…. Вообщем это не 5 звезд и даже не 3… Фото пыльного панно у кровати, грязнющих ковров, плесени в ванной и держателя для душа, которого нужно самим еще держать. Из плюсов это только локация и ТЦ при отеле

Excellent customer service. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The slightly nicer rooms are lower down but due to the construction it was quieter in the older rooms which are higher up. I wasn’t aware of the building works before booking. Breakfast was good, lots of variety.
The pool doesn’t look like the online pictures. I didn’t know the pool area had building works going on. It wasn’t pleasant to sit and relax. Only 2 Sun loungers. Loud banging from the building works.

The hotel is amazing and luxurious. The rooms are big and the beds are so comfortable
The breakfast variety is great. The stuff was so helpful. The sunway Putra mall got you covered everything you need you'll find it there
The pool was under maintenance. The dining in the room for the breakfast was strange because if you dont catch the breakfast time you can't order any breakfast which is not comfortable at all. The hot water in the rooms are not so hot.

Located next to a mall and closed to a LRT station it is very convenient for public transportation.
Breakfast was great with lots of choices from different cuisine. Stuff was polite and tried to be helpful.
Very worn out hotel, with dirty stained carpet, dirty towels and damaged wall, cracked tiles. Clearly not much effort to maintain it in the last few years
Quite noisy, with traffic being hearable from floor 32; the same with the 5am call for prayer and the construction work in front of the hotel.

Das Frühstück ist sehr üppig. Das Abendbuffet war überteuert im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften. Außerdem wurde eine Stunde vor Schluss nicht mehr nachgefüllt.

Location is accessible. It is accessible to Sunway Putra Mall, and is so convenient to access the mall. I love the breakfast that comes with stations for eggs, thosai, Asian noodles and waffles. Room has been clean and tidy. Exceptional service in attending to guests like myself who arrived way before check-in. I appreciate the excellent service here. Thank you.
Price is a little steep when I wanted to rebook it for my next visit.

Direct connection to the mall, beautiful lift interior, spacious area, overall beautiful, elegant, spacious hotel! Got mini refrigerator, iron, iron board, hair dryer, extra pillow in the room. Will definitely be back!
The room is beautiful even small in size, however in the room I stayed in, some lights are not functioning - not changed before guest enter, in bathroom water hose hook is loose & almost broken - not fixed before guest enter, it must been have long delayed.

I really appreciate that the manager help to source for a baby cot as they didn't have any available at that time but finally managed to get one for us. The manager even offered additional bed but I told him I really need a baby cot for my 7 months old baby. Overall, the room was spacious and everything is okay. We even decided to extend a few hours.
I had to call multiple time to request for a baby cot but none of the staff could give me a direct answer before my booking. Until at the last minute, a few hours before my arrival, I had to ask again for the baby cot only then they said all being used. However, the manager decided to help and all is well.

I always stay here whenever I go to KL. Like everything here, the room, the location above mall, easy to find foods or buy anything, some more near LRT
