Lots of construction noise from a room on the same floor despite complaining to the Management. It continued across four out of the twelve days we were there, spoilt my stay, and will book another five-star hotel next time.

Location was fantastic. Massive pavilion mall is 2 mins walk right opposite to hotel, you can immerse into the mall all day as long as you got the money😊. Jalan alor is near by as well like 15 mins walk. Food options there are plenty, sometimes you get confused what to eat. Buffet: was defs worth the money.lots of options from vegan, vegetarian, Asian and ofcourse intercontinental options. Defs worth the money. Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. P.s. supermarket at level 1 of the pavilion mall so could get snacks, drinks etc as needed for your stay.

Breakfast could have been a little better but not bad. It is a very busy hotel so is trying to cater for many people at a time. Room good but not much of a view - straight into another high rise.

Location was good and there was a good breakfast spread

The wifi and even mobile data connection was terrible so don’t expect you will be able to do much work if you’re there for work. Additionally the air conditioner was very low so even though at lowest setting the room was quite warm

Location is close to Pavilion, however it is located at the back of the mall, therefore would require walk through the bridge in order to get to Pavilion. If you are expecting a straightforward distance then this may not be a good choice. However if you don’t mind it, it’s a good place to stay.

Wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel. It is 4 star at most. The hotel is quite outdated. During our stay on the first day, the hot water was not working but hotel staff did not make any effort to inform us or warn us about this, which we find very poorly for a “5-star” hotel. We informed them we would be arriving slightly early (1pm) and they said they would be able to accommodate that. However, we were not able to check in until after 3:30pm because by the time we came back at 2:30pm, there were only two very slow staff at the reception desk, causing a long wait and a bit of a commotion.

Lovely location in the city center. Close to Pavilion shopping mall. Big clean rooms, lots of facilities to use and breakfast had a variety of choices.

We booked the two bedroom apartment for 1 night. The room was spacious. The location was good near the shopping area.

Didn’t enjoy the breakfast. Staff more specifically in breakfast area were a bit rude.

Everything we came for Christmas 4 years ago and wanted to experience it all over again

A bit disappointed about housekeeping not doing our room whilst at lunch like asked, but the did get to it later in the evening when we went out for a walk

Staff at reception were rude and not friendly. Poor customer service. Sent us a note and blocked our room access informing us that we have not made payment for room extension. Gave them copy of our credit card receipt as proof and hotel had no records! Poor service recovery too.

The staff at the lobby were very helpful and warm. Housekeeping was very good too. Helped to keep our things neat, and it was clean. We loved the breakfast range too. We have seen the Christmas decoration for years now, it is the same but still felt the festive season. They were nice to give our 5 rooms on same floor, which we requested to be adjacent to each other but couldn't get.

The front staff at the buffet breakfast were disappointing. The first day we were there everything was well. The second day, my brother got turned away for wearing sleeveless. He wore it the previous day and was allowed in. The third day we came, nope, the staff didn't allow us to have our group to be seated together, which they have allowed on previous days. There's double standards in this hotel. That too Pullman?!?!?! We went to the club lounge, it's strange that their toner was running out and not promptly refilled?

Ground and reception staff were very helpful. Hotel offer pay at the property this is more convenient for international traveler.

Room were decent however as we rented a family room due to having kids all the wall power outlets were uncovered and unprotected.

1. Carpark - Should separate parking between staff and hotel guests. We parked our motorcycle at their basement parking and were surprised there wasn’t designated lots for guests. In fact, the area was dim and secluded. Didn’t feel a sense of security leaving our motorcycle parked there. 2. I had requested for a complimentary slice of birthday cake, which only appeared in our room after we left (shortly after checked-in). We felt the hotel staff can at least give us a call to inform rather than leave it in our room. It is a matter of privacy as well. 3. We had asked for housekeeping on our 2nd day. All was done but the cake plate, and some leftover rubbish on the glass panels of the refreshment area were not collected/thrown. 4. The carpet at the walkway of our level lobby smells a bit foul. As a 5-star hotel, we had our own expectations and believed Pullman can achieve way better.

stained old worn bedsheet and duve understaffed staff charged me for exrtra money without explaination contact hotel manyb times through emails and phone calls but no reply until today.
