Parking is not guaranteed and the area seems quite crowded. There was no kettle in the room

Private parking in a gated underground lot beneath the hotel (17€ for 24 hrs). Modern hotel room and design was cool. Location was perfect because it’s within approximately 1-2 mikes of multiple historical sites.

Check in was not a smooth process and took a while. The hotel was experiencing a building wide issue with the hotel room electronic locking mechanism so guest could not enter with the key card. Multiple guest had to wait a while to check-in because a single staff member had to visit each room one-by-one and unlock the door. Hotel was extremely busy and we waited 10+ minutes to take the elevator from the top floor with heavy luggage. The bar was closed but had a staff member manning it, odd.

The room and the breakfast was nice.

Breakfast was good and the crew is very friendly. you can also park your car just behind the hotel entrance which is convenient. it's a good option if you don't want to spend too much and stay relatively close to the city centre.

hotels located residential area was a couple of restaurants around but nothing fancy. it's a simple place but the facilities were quite reasonable

There was no wifi in the room. The staff were fine but on the night of check-in, there was one person who was really unprofessional and rude towards us. He doesn't seemed to care about us. The parking was full and we didn't know where to park but he didn't help us at all. He also couldn't find the key to our room and made us wait outside for 30 minutes.

Close to the business contact I wanted to visit and good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

The location was in a bit of a rough area but safe. However we were close to a good bus route to the ubahn network. The bus actually stopped outside the Hotel on the route back. Good parking that we had to pay for and a good breakfast. Our room was comfortable.

The hotel is a bit dated and the area outside felt run down and unpleasant. The restaurant was closed for the evening so we had to go out locally.

the room was dirty, and the shower was discasting and the location was on a busy citty road with a busstop below my room. it was cheap and this is why you can expect with a cheap hotel. there where a lot of restaurants in the neighbourhood and that was great

The family room was big and the bed very comfy. We even had a kitchen which we didn't use but could have in case we'd needed.

A lot of the food for the breakfast was wrapped in plastic which produced a lot of trash. Most hotels I've recently visited have had alternatives setup for this matter.

Super breakfast, super room and bathroom!

Very good hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, very good breakfast. Hotel upgraded our booking and gave us apartment instead of room with no extra charge. It was nice and spacious. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is a little further from the city center than we thought, but it is well connected to the other parts of the city with the S train, so everything was fine.
