Calme et reposant, bcp d’espace, un beau jardin partout, une superbe piscine, le tout face à la mer, vue sur le Gunung Agung de Bali au loin, vue sur le coucher de soleil sur la mer tous les soirs, un petit bout de plage sympathique… le restaurant était très bon ! Un super séjour à un prix abordable (promotion booking)
Rien (simplement surpris que de notre salle de bain (chambre2) on entende les cuisines du restaurant, mais c’était amusant et non gênant)

The hotel is very nice, beautifully decorated and above all very clean. People are great and very helpful and the breakfast (and all the food we tasted in the restaurant) is outstanding. The bedroom was large, well decorated, the bed, extra large and the bathroom huge. It was certainly a fantastic experience.
To stay only one day is too short. We should have stayed at least 2 days minimum. Some buildings close-by are not as well catered than our hotel.

Didn't get time to go to Puri-Mas 1 for pool and maybe spa treatments, saw it from the ocean in our sailboat though :) loved everything

Hele mooie ruime kamers met prima bedden. Zeer grote badkamer. De kamers liggen vrijwel allemaal op de begane grond. Er is een mooi zwembad en in zee zwemmen is mogelijk. Aan het strand liggen is niet echt een optie vanwege de vissersboten die op het strand worden getrokken. Er is geen tv maar met het tv-zender aanbod in hotels in Indonesië maakt dat niet zo veel uit. Dit is een hotel om te ontspannen en verder niet zo heel veel.
In de omgeving van het hotel is weinig te beleven. Er zijn een paar warungs maar verder niet veel en rondlopen is niet zo heel erg leuk of interessant.

Que dire… c’était génial. On revenait du mont Rinjani, on était rincés, c’était l’endroit parfait pour chiller dans un cadre magnifique. Le personnel est adorable, les chambres sont superbes (on en a fait 2 différentes), le restaurant très bon avec des petits déjeuners géniaux.

No black shades, no hair conditioner, no TV, no radio.

Views, pool, large water frontage extra large beds. Sun beds and seating in and around the resort were plentiful and well placed. There were also plenty of quiet places to unwind
The pool bar inadequately staffed. The times between orders was very slow for both food and drinks and in all 4 of our opinions the staff could probably do with a little more training but were very courteous at all times.

Everything. We had booked a room, but were upgraded at check in as there was some building work near the room. The new room was exceptional, with a beautiful sea view, and although this room didn`t have a jacuzzi, like the room we had booked, we were able to use that room`s jacuzzi. When the room was made uo each day, flowers were scattered on the bed - very romantic.

It’s location right on the beach provided fabulous views from our room. The sunset views looking across to Mt Agung were superb. The day beds were nice on the waterfront

Room was nice. Big. Lots of space. Nice views and gardens in the resort.
We had to ask for them to clean our villa pool, there was hair and tissue paper in it. Also towards the end of our stay the main pool was getting dirty too. Lastly the menu in the restaurant was very limited and food produced not good.

Loved the location, room and pool. The resort is beautiful! I had some trouble with the lights in my room but that was sorted out very quickly. The room was very clean and just great.
The breakfast was not that impressive. I didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on the rest of the food but I did not enjoy the breakfast much. Very basic for the amount I paid.

The staff and facilities at Puri Mas are fabulous. We feel very at home there and are always well looked after. It is easy to book activities from the resort and we had a wonderful day snorkelling in the Gili Islands. The spa resort at the village is gorgeous, the treatments are heavenly. The White Elephant restaurant is a lovely new addition. We will definitely be back.
