As the room we booked didn´t fulfill our expectations, the staff gave us another room. They were very helpful and professional.

The restaurant didnt have the best food choice. Still, it was clean and neat.

The property, although worn down in some areas, was beautiful and architecturally unique. The bedrooms were stunningly designed. The staff were all amazing and very thoughtful. The breakfast was also delicious, and the views were amazing.

We had to change rooms three different times. Their elevator was broken, and our room on the "5th flior" (more like 10 flights of stairs) was exhausting to walk up to. There were also many beetles, ants and mosquitoes around.

Literally, the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The only star I give is for the service; the service people were nice. I booked the Varga room, almost on the top of the building. As my pictures show by themselves, it was really dirty, bathroom mirror was broken, rusty screws, water losses on the bathroom, chipped wall, etc. Obviously, the pictures shown by the hotel look amazing. I’m 100% sure these were taken the first opening day, but the hotel looks like not having any maintenance at all. Really disappointing and 0 recommended.

Bathroom under the stars. Nothing like a hot shower with tropical storm rain in the mix, right? Comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast options.

The staff really made our stay. Ima in reception was amazing and really kind and Ibrahim made us coffee in the lounge and had great conversation with us.

Our outdoor bathroom was infested with ants and other bugs which made it really hard to use and made the experience of using the bathroom quite uncomfortable, especially showering. Some of the bugs made it into the room too. The elevator is broken which meant we had to walk up several flights of stairs to reach the restaurant in 30+ degree heat. We had to ask reception to send staff to the coffee lounge as there was never anybody there, and sadly on our last morning after waiting for 20 minutes for someone to come, we had to leave. The restaurant staff made dining quite awkward as all they seemed to do was stare at us whilst we were eating, which was quite off putting.

Good location, with Senggigi beach and restaurants easily accessible with a motorbike. Restaurant and swimming pool with amazing views. Great service from Ima and all staff from Svarga, we got married at the hotel and everybody did an amazing job to make our day super special! Definitely recommended!

Great views, was really quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was included and large portion sizes. Only a short taxi from the main restaurants, bars and beaches.

Pool could have been cleaner. The spa had no receptionist a few times we went so struggled to book a massage.

Resort have good concepts and themes. All the staffs from front desk, housekeeping and cafe always try their very best to please everyone.

Hotel poorly maintained. E.g the tap heads in the shower was in very bad condition but it wasn't replaced. I'm sure it has been like that for a long period. There's gaps at the glass doors that when it's raining water will seep and wet the bedroom floor. The worst is unserviceable lift It cause alot of inconvenience to guests and staffs . I had originally booked the suite at the highest floor but have to cancel it and take a less premium room on the lower floor. .( and it is really a hassle and wasn't easy to change or downgrade my room )

nice hotel, the personal is very nice, the breakfast was very good. we rent a motor bike with the help of the hotel.

Very nice hotel, large rooms and beautiful pool

Beautiful hotel but not very well maintained. Unfortunately the staff and service level was not really good. Train the guys as it was often difficult to communicate with them.
