I like swimming pool and Breakfast at Hotel Staff’s are friendly

I had a pool access room. Was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice

The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. Hardly anything available. Very poor selection. I had to go out to eat breakfast each day.

fairly typical Balinese hotel. Two good size pools, one with a swim up bar, the other had a bar alongside. Great location in the heart of Legian withe any number of cafes, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

As a 70 yr old I found the rooftop pool very difficult to get in and out of. there was only one ladder, the rungs were very smooth, round metal, no flattened tread to make it easier to bear my weight as I tried to climb out. The rungs were also 50-60cm apart which made it almost impossible for me to haul myself out without help. After several failed attempts I made one last attempt before calling for help and that time I managed it!

Everything. Value for money is incredible. The hotel is very central, in a safe area that was safe for a young girl to walk around alone at night time. Both the hotel staff and the locals were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. There are shops, pharmacies, shopping centres, international and local restaurants, and bars all within a 5-15 minutes walk, and the local Uber-like company, Grab, is very cheap for scooter rides, car rides, and food or grocery delivery. the beach is a 5-minute walk away, and there are mini-marts both across the road from the hotel and one in the lobby of the hotel. There are two great pools, one more tranquil on the rooftop, as well as a hotel spa and restaurant. The rooms are very spacious, with large balconies, overlooking a garden with local trees and the main pool. There was a minibar, which supplied two free bottles of water, coffee, and tea each day, and daily housekeeping was available. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would 100% stay at this hotel next time I visit Bali, and recommend it to anyone else visiting. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

I stayed in 2 kind of rooms - deluxe on the ground floor and superior on tte 3rd. Deluxe: really looks like 4*, comfy bed, clean. Superior: WiFi works and mobile phones catch the signal.

I stayed during Ramadan and I paid double to normal price per night. So my judgement is higher than it’s usual 25 usd per night. So in deluxe on tte ground floor: very nosy about n the room gusts walking to/from tte pool. Very wet air in the room. But the worst for me we hat WiFi does not work on the ground floor and none of my 2 phones with different SIM cards were catching a signal. Superior on the 3rd floor: WiFi is slow but works (not for YouTube), SIM cards catch the signal well, rooms are old and look like 3*. In the shower water comes to the floor of tte bathroom making a big puddle there (not the case for deluxe).

Better internet connection. It was very poor. No matter where we sat it dropped out continually. Swimming pool had no steps for aged or people with disabilities. I am a return patron and have enjoyed the pool but did not even bother to sit down there and enjoy the area. That is for both pools we couldn't use. Very sad.

Stay here alot. Great staff comfortable accommodation, great location. 2 pools, WiFi, and air-conditioned. Everything you need!

The lift to the rooftop pool wasn't working, which left the stairs wet and slippery for the trip down.

a friend had a room booked which had an awful damp smell, the linen and bedding also had a strong smell of damp. after talking to reception and being told they had no more rooms, they did finally move her to a more suitable room. very good location
