Good location, close to M5
Woken up by other guests in the early hours of Sunday morning, making a lot of noise for quite a long time, rooms are not well sound proofed,
Food from restaurant not bad but just a little over cooked

Everything was as it should be. Good value. No stairs.
Doors banged and room 61 is next to one of the entrance doors. Not good for a light sleeper.

The room was comfortably situated away from the main reception and building so not disturbed by the two ongoing weddings and there was plenty of space, for parking and within the room, there was a good amount of drawer and cupboard space.
Hadn't felt like exploring the facilities, the bar or lounge area due to wedding taking place although comfortable with the room.

Very comfortable bed and well equiped and clean room. Staff were very friendly and efficient, especially the breakfast team. Food was excellent with a good evening menu which meant that I didn't need to go elsewhere for my evening meal.

The staff were extremely pleasant. Restaurant and bar were surprisingly good value for money.
Room was big enough and comfortable for what we wanted. Will 100% return.

Missing a trick, due to location, they should offer a taxi service or strike a deal with local cabbie....

Good location, we stayed there before, was lovely, very helpful staff.
The second time we visited , we were given a room with no heating, it was -3 ° outside. When we complained, we were told heater is on a timer. We paid quite a lot of money, not for a freezing cold room, we were moved to a different room after half an hour, which was much better, and they switched the heaters on.

Breakfast was lovely. Although the staff were very quick to clear away as soon at 10am came.
