Accomdation was 1km from reception Not a 3 bed villa, 2 bed and separate ensuite room. Food at restaurant was cheap ingredients and high prices Whole property needs maintenance Very expensive for no amenities

Everything is cleaned and well maintained. There’s lot of activities to do and it’s close to the shops. It’s quiet and relaxing. Lots of wildlife.

I don’t think there was nothing that we didn’t liked about the property.

Great accomodation, large rooms, beautiful gardens,helpful staff.

We stayed in a room with your glass ceilings above the spa bath. Nice idea but let's a lot of light in when you are trying to sleep. If you like your room dark when sleeping try a different type of room.

The location.

Room had bad mould smell, fridge not working well as freezer full of Ice & not defrosted. Bed absolutely lumpy & uncomfortable. Lounge really low & uncomfortable. No assistance once we check in as elderly we had to carry our bags etc up from car park as no trolleys available. Also the pool & surrounds are a disgrace the whole resort needs some Tender Loving care. Timber deck on poolside was in need of replacement as some were broken & all area needs a fresh coat of paint. It use to be an amazing place to holiday & Coffs is a beautiful destination.

Putt putt area needs to be cleaned up. Rooms need to be renovated. Spa near reception needs to be cleaned moss growing on roof and sides of spa. Buffet breakfast options weren’t huge and food wasn’t the best unfortunately most things weren’t hot. Indoor pool wasn’t working.

When was the last time they updated the rooms? This was our 4th stay at the resort and the rooms still are the same 10yrs later. very tired looking.

Exceeded our expectations, value for money. Very comfortable and well laid out and great facilities. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend.

Our room was near the road so heard cars coming and going

The surroundings were great

The hotel room was very ordinary. We had to ask for a maintenance man to fix a power point falling off the wall, the shower over the bath put more water on the floor than down the plug hole, there were no laundry facilities for hotel guests, the room was in need of an upgrade, quite old.

Bungalows old fashioned, poorly decorated

Surprisingly large villa, we are a family of 2 adults and 5 kids, and plenty of room for all of us. Beds very comfortable and heating worked very well

TV channel choices arent that great, would like the option to be able to stream our netflix account etc to the tv.

Super quiet place and good place for family!

There should be available WiFi to connect to for the price you pay. It's very clear there wasn't we tried multiple times and your staff to help
