Breakfast and location
The spa don’t have a jacuzzi or swimming, the rooms electric didn’t work, then you have to pay for extra facilities for a spa when it’s meant to be a spa hotel, appalling I paid £300 for the two days for my mum who has had a stroke and wanted to use the spa, but couldn’t ask their was no jacuzzi or swimming makes no sense to call it a spa, ended up having to pay an extra £200 just to a spa then the room was smelly had to move then the next room electrics didn’t work also, terrible experience wouldn’t stay here again, even when checking in as a 9 month pregnant women and a stroke victims had to hold our own bags no assistance and also took agaes at the check in even though their was staff free didn’t help check in and made us wait for ages. Left the hotel a day early so didn’t even stay the full duration. Just horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

The views of the river were nice from outside and from the restaurant. Foyer was well decorated. Car shuttle was handy but not well communicated - didn’t know it only ran until 10.30am.
Most of the staff did not appear welcoming or happy to have people there. There was one guy at reception that greeted you as you would expect and was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant service was poor, slow and my sauce and side only came out when I was half way through my meal. Not the level of service you would expect from a Radisson chain.

No batteries in tv remote (was sorted later).
Building outside the window being built had scaffolding being put up from 8am so was noisey with banging.
Room was also very dusty.

Always very clean and the staff are amazing and always do their best to make you feel at home. Rooms have all amenities you could wish for too. Brilliant breakfast.
The evening meal menu doesn’t seem to have changed at all for the last couple of years and is very limited.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. One particular host which made my stay the most comfortable and gave the best experience was Sahib. Sahib helped me all my queries and went above and beyond to make sure my stay enjoyable and relaxing. Sahib is an asset to the team. The service as a whole was amazing at Radisson Blu and I will definitely be staying again soon.

The customer service was so great. Thank you to Ala who was so nice to me during check-in. The location is so prime, within short distance to everything, the river view is absolutely stunning. The breakfast was really great, and the steam bath/relaxation was sooo good. Definitely coming back.

I have just finished chemo and mentioned this and when I got back from my conference had been upgraded to a suite which I really appreciated.

Did not have breakfast, room was nice and little touches like ice in the corridor. Bottled water in the room and scales in the bathroom. We were very pleased some staff were nice some were rude just nodding head when you asked them a question. At one point we were totally ignored by reception staff as he went over to help Colleague with another customer and totally ignored us. We went over to the other table and asked the question and were able to go on our way after 10 minutes of being ignored.
As mentioned above some polite staff and some rude staff.

The location of the property was great! The view from the room was nice.
There were crumbs on the carpet, also stains too.The carpet needed a deeper clean. I also noticed that the leather bed frame had watery strain marks. I didn’t like bathroom, the shower only had a overhead shower head, no handset holder. The handset holder was in the bath??? The shower experience was very poor… The water was Lukewarm warm not hot. I believe the tab water was hotter than the shower (very strange.)Overall I was very disappointed!!!!!!

I've stayed at this hotel before as it's convenient when going to an event at The O2, the bed is very comfy, the staff are great - very friendly, the facilities are good and the rooms are very spacious.
Cleanliness was an issue on this occasion, the carpet wasn't cleaned properly, I had hair stuck to my feet when I took my shoes off upon arrival, the bathroom needs attention - the bath tap is grimey and brown, the showerhead is full of limescale so the water goes in different directions rather than downpour. The late room service options are very limited, for a hotel of this calibre I expected more, especially dairy free/vegan options.

The cleaniliness and facilities of the property
I didnt like the staff at the reception since I had to like call in 5 times to ask in for a complementary fruit basket that was coming with my room -After calling them 5 times even after that they have not given the complementary fruit basket that I have paid for with the room. So the staff at the reception werent quite helpful since you are paying alot of money for your stay at this place.

Check in was great, really helpful staff, and great that we had the parking at the back of the hotel. Our lunch was great and again the staff were very attentive.

Location was good and had great view of the O2. The size of accommodation was good / room spacious although closeness of construction work next door made privacy difficult! . Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.

Location and cleanliness of the hotel was amazing! Complimentary breakfast was available for all marathon runners, really thoughtful considering the time they had to leave for the start of the race.

From the moment you walk in you are made welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Onsite restaurant is awesome in terms of quality, service and value for money. Our group can not rate this highly enough. Anyone visiting London should consider this hotel in a great safe location.
