Excelente localização, funcionários muito atenciosos e café da manhã excelente.

Did not realize the hotel is a Radisson property until we reached the front desk and that gave us better reinforcement that it is part of a global brand. The hotel itself is amazing with it's Holmes theme and was great for my daughter - situated right on Baker Street, everything was very accessible and a great front desk that helped with everything.

Our room M7 had the large AC ducts a couple of metres from our window which was quite loud at night.

The breakfast, kitchen and bar area were lovely. The food choices for breakfast and quality of the food were excellent. We also thought the staff were very nice and dealt with our issues well.

We had a few challenges with our room/s but they were dealt with as best as the staff could at the time.

Good facilities and well equipped room. Excellent location. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately my room was very noisy ( fan or other equipment outside window in internal passageway). It prevented good night’s sleep.

Expensive for the space in the room.

Great rooms, good shower, good service, Covid guidelines followed and amazing location close to tube and Regents park. Loads of restaurants and take away places within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Will be back. Will recommend for leisure and business purposes.

It was so central and very comfortable

Our room was clean and pleasant, we enjoyed the good variety of breakfast foods and the staff were excellent.

We would have liked a wider choice of drinks at the bar, including soft drinks.

Excellent hotel. The room was clean, welcoming and comfortable, as were the common parts of the hotel. Friendly reception. Would stay again.

A very comfortable room with an excellent bed, Molton Brown amenities and Nespresso coffee. The Kitchen restaurant and bar offer great food with good service.

My dislikes are both TV related! First - a poor or almost no selection of sport channels and secondly - a deciding factor for future bookings - the adjoining room's TV was against the wall and head of our bed. We were able to follow their TV channel word for word!

Holmes is a good hotel, good location but not for long period of time. I recommend it.

The room was perfect, bathroom was stunning, very clean, very tasteful decor. The free Teddy and bag were a nice surprise. The breakfast was genuinely one of the nicest meals that I have had.

The app and website for the room service didn't seem to be working, there was the option to message the hotel through WhatsApp which I used. I explained that the system seemed to be down and wanted to order dinner and drinks to the room, I received a reply explaining that other guests were being taken care of and I would be contacted soon, its now 35 hours later and I haven't been contacted. We ended up ordering dinner to be delivered from elsewhere through uber eats

I loved that my room was near the elevator.

I felt the floor would make noise when we walked but it was not such a big deal.

I liked the location of the hotel and the night manager mohammed is very helpful to me he made me like the hotel more and i will book it again and again and will tell my friends about it

Everything went wrong: check in lasted long after 3 pm as rooms were not ready One day room was not cleaned until 7 pm Elevator slow while staff go up and down Room was not cleaned properly- found bottle tops from previous occupants

No food after 9pm, no room service. We were told luggage was in our room - it wasn’t.

Our experience with the hotel staff from check in to check out was appalling. It was laughable how far this hotel missed the mark!

Big and clean rooms, very friendly staff and a very delicious, various and fresh breakfast. Also the design and atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful. Location is 9/10! Lovely to our kids, even though they are very young and can sometimes (very understandibly) be a little chaotic ;-)
