Requested a king bed. Seemed small for king. Tv signal was very bad.

Lovely hotel and located opposite Kings Cross Station. Great location to explore or overnight which suited us for early train.

Edgy, interesting decor

Very disappointed to find the fine dining restaurant and hotel bar were not open on a Monday. I did not know that when I booked. There was only the option of the Italian restaurant. This was very good. Unusual menu which I liked but would not suit everyone. So I would just advise people to check those things prior to their stay.

amazing stay - we were there for 2 nights for our legal wedding @ camden town hall staff went above and beyond - came back for the party to the room all set up. very special

Lift didn’t work properly.

A bit run down, carpets in corridors worn, difficult to work out the lighting, breakfast was pretty average. Most of all its not worth the price.

The online photos were misleading, the room better resembled a cheap motel than a five star hotel.

no desk, lengthy breakfast only, light out if order, not perfectly clean, all not too important, but not matching the premium price.

The amazing thing was that King’s cross station and St Pancras were just across the street. Lobby decoration very hip. Restaurant and bar looked cool.

This is definitely not a 5-star or even 4-star hotel. No amenities, no bathrobe, no slippers, things were coming off the wall and ambivalent decoration. Feels more like a thematic motel rather a fancy hotel..

- Staffs were friendly, especially before we came here. - The reception supervisor helped us twice for the rail strike and train disruption and we appreciated that. - Great location

- Room design - The room was dark, even during daytime we needed to turn on all lights to see everyone clearly. - The room design made us feel much more smaller than the room should be. We booked a Deluxe Double, advertised as 27㎡-31㎡. However, it appeared to be no more than 21㎡. - No grip bars, which made it dangerous through taking a shower. - Breakfast was disappointing. - The staffs were not attentive and completely forgot about our order. - After 1h20min, we communicated with the staff to ask what was wrong with our order. However, we were told that we just ordered drinks not food. She then told us food would be ready in 5min but NO APOLOGIES. - We then complained with a receptionist, again, NO APOLOGIES. He just cancelled the breakfast after that day and his face being as cold as a fish. - Housekeeping - They mistakenly took my pajama away together with the changed sheet. Though I got it back, this shouldn’t have happened at a 5-star hotel.

Great design of the exterior and lobby. Overall, a hotel that states 5 stars, but it’s more a 3-star with great coffee machine, complimentary drinks, convenient from London King Cross St. Pancras station, and a tv with multiple channels to watch.

However, the room itself is disappointing. The bed was smaller than an actual Queen (feels more like super single), shower facility could be better that prevents water splashing to the floor from the tub, and a faulty sink stopper that cannot be opened. Not worth the price you pay for a regular hotel like Premier Inn just down the road.
