The breakfast was delicious, superb quality also plenty of choice. The staff were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable clean and tidy , with tea, coffee, water biscuits. Hairdryer & all shower products available. Bedding & towels white clean & fresh. Great location for walking to amenities. Pubs , bars & Restaurant’s locally. M&S & shops 3 mins walk.

Bed frame was something I’m not used to sleeping on a slatted base, mattress a little too firm. Maybe because I’m used to a divan bed with memory foam Support mattress. Pillow was either too hard or the other too flat… Prefer a pillow that’s soft with more filling so it hugs your head. As I say that’s a personal preference. This would not stop me from staying again.

The hotel itself was beautiful the staff were amazing not just to me but also my dog I have stayed in alot of hotels this has to be one of the best price wise and for making me feel so welcome I would and have recommended this amazing place to everyone I know and will continue to they should be proud of what they have and everything they do I will be back if they'll have me

Bathroom on ,, Not So Fantastic But Clean....

We booked this very last minute as we were visiting a friend in St Annes for new years eve. The location was perfect for this. Also perfect that it is dog friendly, it was also a very short walk to the huge beach for a dog walk. The B&B entrance was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was a very warm welcome, also by the staff. The breakfast/lounge area was also very comfy and beautiful. Breakfast itself was also very tasty and we liked that you could get two courses for example a fruit platter then a cooked breakfast. We had two single rooms as we booked last minute. Both were comfortable with a good bed and shower.
