It was a lovely clean property with lots of quirky seaside decorations. Comfy beds and sofas, well stocked for all sorts of cleaning stuff , both personal and also for the kitchen. Plenty of towels. Well stocked kitchen - could have served up a gourmet meal in there. It was very central for St. Annes-on-Sea, just at the bottom entrance to Ashton Gardens.

The weather - it rained quite alot. But that wasn't the host's fault!

Clean and spacious with everything you needed... Treats teabags and fresh milk on arrival.

The holiday flats overlooking the apartment were covered in some some sort of material which was flapping overnight due to the wind this was creating noise which did keep us awake closed the windows but it could still be heardThe flags along the wall were also flapping.

The flat was so comfortable, and clean and the sea view from the lounge and kitchen window is beautiful.

The location was perfect….even had a parking space. The host couldn’t have been more helpful, even offering to look after my little dog if needed….nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was huge and well equipped.

Fab location. Great facilities in apartment. Everything you would need and more. Host is a lovely lady to deal with.

The lock on the gate was quite stiff and tricky to open but only a minor thing.

Location was perfect and the apartment was bigger than expected.

Have stayed at the coach house many times. Its always clean, tidy and perfect. Deborah is a fabulous host.

Location is great. Ideal for a dog - park and beach immediately adjacent on either side of road. Nice little touches like auto bathroom lights.

Would have been better not climbing the stairs as had to keep going down with the dogs but we managed fine.

Excellent location directions, using what 3 words.. shown around by host, great book with lots of local information, bars restaurant, plus dog friendly places . Right opposite the beach and a lovely park. The kitchen was so well equipped, bottle of milk in the fridge, coffee, tea sugar too washer/dryer and dishwasher. Absolutely everything. Beds really clean and comfy Bathroom large , bath and shower.. Cant fault it ..

spacious and spotless everything on hand for a great stay. The view was amazing and Deborah was a great host very informative.

Everything this apartment is wonderful, every comfort has been thought of and two views of the sea. Our little dog was made to feel welcome as well.

Great location, property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and very cosy. Excellent communication with the host,who gaves us lots of tips for places to eat or visit. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.
