Accommodation and facilities were very good. Comfortable beds. Excellent service provided by staff and the full English breakfast was delicious. Conveniently situated in the town. Our thanks to the staff.

Great location for Pershore with parking. Staff were warm and friendly. Very welcoming for the dog with bed and treats.

Breakfast service had to enquire about despite being included. Mistakes on bill Bed too spongy and pillows awful; shower very weak.

The hotel was a delight, the food was good, the staff were excellent. The accomodation had lots of character. Very welcoming and cosy.

We had a room overlooking the high street and it was fairly noisy through the night. The grade 1 listing probably prevents double glazing, but secondary glazing would help. The bed was a little firm.

The breakfast was very good. I thought the evening meal was excellent with a choice of Good Wines at reasonable prices.

A lovely hotel, right in the middle of town, so easy access to all shops, cafes, etc. We had a standard room, so quite small, but was perfect for our one-night stay. Very friendly, polite staff. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Pershore.

bathroom safety - no non-slip surface in the bath, and no safety hand holds of any kind; the door opened itself readily; no shelf to hold make-up, medication etc. TV was far too quiet could not be turned up, we had to look up to it -cricked necks!

Room was a little noisy

Great position in the town , nice decor and atmosphere inside , very pleasant evening meal.

Although the room was large and comfortable some small details let it down, broken and missing towel hooks in the bathroom, shower riser rail positioned in an awkward corner and loosely fitted to the wall. Seems strange after we were told the room had just been re-furbished to have easy to rectify faults that stopped us giving it a higher rating . We did enjoy our stay despite this and would return when visiting the area again.

Didn't accept American Express, no food in afternoon, no room service, no breakfast before 8am, uncomfortable bed, had to open widow for cool air and open onto alleyway of next door wine bar owned by same owners of hotel, poor service: forgot requests, errors on charging
