I liked how easy it was to access Southbank and crown facilities. Usually we like the pool and sauna but the sauna wasn’t running… without notification prior

I didnt appreciate that they didn’t fulfil my request, I understand it’s not always attainable but for the amount of money paid… the sauna wasn’t working and I wasn’t notified. The sauna is one of the reasons I’m a repeat crown customer. Valet was 70$ instead of the usual 50$ and I had 0 notification either… otherwise I would’ve just parked up somewhere. Just spent so much money for a very very average weekend. My view was a building, the room service was cold, expensive and average, the sauna wasn’t operating, valet went up 20$ without me knowing… just eh. Probably won’t return, which is a shame for me because I’m usually a 2/3 times a year stayer. But I just can’t justify it anymore, and this time has put a bad taste in my mouth….

The property was in a great location and very comfortable.

There could have been a solid soap in the room. And maybe more teas.

The hotel lobby was high class, clean and roomy. Pool was bigger than expected with beautiful view. Room quality was top notch - clean and comfortable and we love the couch/bench by the window, facing Crown Towers.

The little Espresso stall downstairs, next to the lifts was surprisingly bad. Their breakfast brioche had dried out bacon and stacked awkwardly. We don't expect superb but we expect at least some respect to what you're serving.

The atmsphere so many out exploring the clubs and pubs.families out at night watching the xmas light displays

Could only suggest better lighting in the bathroom or possibly a makeup mirror with lights. Otherwise nothing to make a complaint about.

We bypassed the breakfast options as we are vegan and there weren’t many options without dairy/eggs. However we spent the morning at the pool and the coffees and hot chocolate’s were delicious.

I thought the bed would have been more comfortable. It was good but could have maybe used a mattress topper. Some more vegan options for room service would be amazing.

It was convenient

My daughter was very ill the next morning and incompacitated in the room and when management were approached about the situation their only concern was about getting their room back, which I found very distressing.

It was nice but the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were very bad that I was so sore then next 2 day from my stay
