Very clean and comfortable. Central for everything we wanted. Lots of bars and restaurants near by.

The property itself had everything it stated in the description and kept us warm, comfortable and with everything we needed. The cleaning staff were also very polite and professional and made the effort to organise, tidy and display everything nicely in the kitchen and bathroom. We were able to do some laundry while we were staying there, too. The apartment itself was very well insulated, had a full-fitted kitchen and lovely en-suite. The location was very close to really good restaurants, the river and generally the centre of the city and it was easy to visit the Highlands using Inverness as a base. Basically, couldn't ask for more.

Lovely spacious apartment with awesome view of the river ness. Very good location for shopping, restaurants etc. Garage facilities brilliant .Will be back for sure.

Unfortunately we had some issues trying to access the building when we first arrived, we didn’t have a key but I was emailed a code. We were just about to contact yous to get in as yous have helped us very well with other enquires when we have phoned but someone who was staying there at the same time of us let us in with him by his key - he then explained to us he also had issues trying to access the building and had to phone yous. We didn’t have any further problems accessing the building after as our key worked great as did our code to get into our apartment. Overall a wonderful stay for our first time visiting - thank you!

Having to put a code in to access the building before you actually get your key. I think you should maybe be emailed a one time QR code to access after you have made payment or closer to when your due to stay then after you’ve entered and got your key you use that until you leave.

That the second room had no ventilation at all. Became very stuffy and very hot inspite of the standing fan. It was very small also. The master bathroom had no overhead shower. Only a hand shower

Excellent location in the heart of Inverness with secure underground parking. Spotless spacious apartment.

A small bottle of milk in the fridge would have been very much appreciated as we had one left for us on our February trip. Those are very expensive apartments and while I know costs have to be trimmed due to the cost of living……this is a cheap inexpensive addition.

The location of the apartments were great and super central. Apartment was clean and also a nice size.

It was very confusing trying to figure out and pay for our parking when we were arriving - that was not made clear ahead of time. Also, the temperature in the building was not right — as soon as we arrived the fire alarm went off in the building for a while before they were able to fix it. It was very uncomfortable sleeping the first night due to the heat and we had a beautiful terrace but the doors were difficult to lock and it felt unsafe. On the second day of our stay after touring the area when we got back to the apartment it was incredibly stifling hot — We literally could not breathe and had to make the decision to leave for our next destination early — Someone from the building came in and said they could give us fans and/or move our room but it was so horribly uncomfortable I did not think that would help — It seemed to be a much bigger problem with the building in general. I wound up becoming ill on my way with my daughter to our next location, I think the heat was just too much. I was told that we would receive a refund for our second night stay but after numerous emails with the folks at the property I still have not received that refund. It was very disappointing since the location of the apartments were so nice and central but very uncomfortable — we didn’t sleep well on the first night either because of the heat and it was not comfortable leaving the terrace doors open. I would not stay there again.
