parking was tight

The room was very nice and spacious. It felt quite homely.

The carpets looked a little dirty and the fridge only had one small carton of milk.

Was very clean with great bed. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Areas showed required maintenance. Duck tape was used to tape around the kitchen area tiles and carpets.

Two-bedroom apartment was ideal and good value for two people on a work trip, lots of space in rooms and common areas. Convenient parking underneath, nearby to the centre of town for restaurants, cafes, and public transport.

Room fit out wasn't super new, functional but a little tired.

The location was central to shopping and services

The room allocated to us was very small and dated for a group of 4 people. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and all facilities were dated. Our air conditioner didn’t work, it had an error code which we advised reception. Our room was serviced daily however they did not seem to notice the error code of the air conditioner or that it wasn’t working. On our last night we were allocated a room that was roomy and the facilities were not so dated. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly as there was black hair on the tiles in the shower.

Good location, and close to the cbd

room deposit for room was kept, We cleaned all dishes and orginised the room before check out. We were blamed for a stain on the couch and apparently writing on the wall behind a photograph.

Location, location, location! Literally two minute walk from Perth station. The staff obviously read my booking and gave us a complementary bottle of wine on arrival for our anniversary, thank you.

The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at the reception were friendly and the location is great absolutely close to everything, shops, restaurants and trains/bus station.

Location,view,swimming pool,gym,shops and restraunts close by Bathroom had standard toiletries,shampoo,conditioner,liquid soap,body lotion etc,

The aircon in the room would only work on one setting,window in bedroom was a wind out window and rusted so wouldn't close properly,during night could hear the wind howling through the window,if a light sleeper it would bother you,microwave was scummy,bin uber the sink smelt of sewage,on a arrival I asked if there was room service but was told there wasn't,although there was a glass cabinet of beverages and 2 minute noodles etc on display to buy,(which was misleading)room cam with 1 thin quilt for 2 people,no extra quilt stored in cupboard,there was a toilet brush for use but no handsanitiser(who knows how many hands have been using it prior,wifi didn't work on tv for Netflix prime tv etc,they need to have DND or service tags for doors,and muster points for emergencies,and diagrams of escape routes,balcony door had been left open upon mine and my daughter's arrival,we had been allocated the 8th floor,if it had of been another family with a toddler,I would not like to think about what could of happend,and yes I have made a formal complaint

Convenient to train station used to get to and from the airport. Spacious room with basic kitchenette.

Furnishings showing some wear and tear. Great location in day but felt less safe at night being a solo traveller.

Availability of the pool and towels was appreciated

The rooms are starting to feel a little tired On arrival, the staff directed me to the wrong floor When leaving the pool in the lift, I accidently got on a wrong lift that wasn't marked as such, had to leave the hotel in my bathers to get back to the lift to get back to my room
