Lack of communication and mis-communication, and when asking a question the staff seemed either bored with the question or sick and tired of providing the same response. Minibar prices are not highlighted. No free water, or notification of any costs for anything in the room. Most places do provide a bottle of water in the room that is complimentary. Fitness centre is not onsite, there is access to a 24/7 gym that is 5min walk away, but this information is not readily available. I feel the QT should not highlight this as something they provide. Heavy construction is taking place directly outside QT, this makes it difficult to figure out how to access reception, there is construction bunting that lets you know how to access QT but the accommodation provides little information. There wasn't much noise, especially in the morning. Restaurant prices are expensive, there are other restaurants nearby that are well priced with friendly staff.

Great location, comfortable and stylish

Parking on site is charged extra and options of street parking are limited. Waited a while for have breakfast when I was running late because staff was chatting and not paying attention at the door and when we sat they asked us to move to another as they prefer to keep everyone sitting close together.

Location wasn’t bad food was good

Sheets didn’t fit the bed some of the fittings were broken or aged

The hotel was super clean and the beds were comfy.

When we booked we asked about parking as we have a small van, which doesn't fit in all car parks. We were told there was open air parking, but the open air car park was closed. The van didn't fit in the undercover car park. There was construction across the road, so we had nowhere close to park. Due to the location of the hotel we had to drive places. We knew that when we booked. But having to think about parking every time we left was really inconvenient.

The staff was very helpful, friendly, and attentive.

Not that the hotel had anything to do with it, but construction of the new metro line outside kept from another wise beautiful spot.
