The key-coding of the lift was a useful security precaution. I liked being able to skip general cleaning, as I like to have my (small) room to myself as much as possible. The bar staff were very good.

The building was modern and thin-walled. I could hear the underground at night, and was awakened at 2:16 one morning by blows on the door of the next room.

Not much wasn’t impressed at all, not usual holiday inn standard

Shower was like warm, staff rude and breakfast wasn’t that impressive

The furnitures are very modern, rooms have space and the location is perfect! Less than 5 minutes walking to Russell Square tube station where you can take the Piccadilly line

Rooms have floor carpeting and mine had a black stain

The place was very good, just 2 min walking distance from Russel Square Underground, which belongs to the Piccadilly Line. The staff was very helpful and responded immediately to our every request.

First, we stayed 7 days and the breakfast was exactly the same. Its quality was satisfactory but there was no variety at all. Second, the windows of the room did not open, resulting in no ventilation at all and causing discomfort

Super location for visiting University College London, and for being centrally located in a lively neighborhood with lots of sites, restaurants, and easy connection to buses and the Russell Square tube station for getting a bit further into London.

Great location for central London but still quiet. Easy walks from Russell Square tube. Staff very helpful. Left luggage no problem and refilled bathroom toiletries on request. Room was dark and quiet for sleeping.

pretty much everything loud uncomfortable so many noises from the creaking exterior guttering or deco cladding outside the windows beds were probably the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had

The family room was not really a family room it was very crammed for 4 of us the breakfast wasn’t very good the hot chocolate was more like hot water and things was burnt pancake machine not working the location however was very good and staff was very friendly.

The location is great!! Very walkable neighborhood and lots of nice shops and pubs nearby. Right next to Russell Sq tube station and plenty of buses which I preferred as a tourist. Staff are very kind and friendly and helpful. Get the breakfast deal, but go eat before 8 and you won’t have to queue. Really everything was lovely, the only negative was our view of the rubbish buns outside but we booked on the later side. And we didn’t care that much.

El desayuno si bien era amplio la fruta no era muy buena y el personal del desayuno algunos muy poco amables. Cuando hicieron la limpieza de la habitación se olvidaron de poner el papel higiénico de repuesto.

Gostamos de tudo desde a chegada até a saída. Hotel maravilhoso.

Close proximity to St Pancras

I always appreciate a variety for breakfast. I was delighted to have a bath in my room. I was able to leave my bags after check out and really appreciated the early check-in.

Breakfast was very well organised and with a wide variety of food options. Room was already set up when we arrived so that was very much appreciated.

Despite following the instructions for the bath curtain, the floor is still very wet after shower. I find that from EHS perspective this is a safety issue as the floor is slippery. It's either the baths be changed into showers, or the floors have to be coated with non slip coating.

The telephone in the room did not plug in hence no way to contact reception without leaving the room. Reception staff well told twice about it and I did not have to have vacated the room for the issue to have been resolved. It was not resolved over my 3 night stay

The staff on reception was very helpful. Good selection for breakfast.

The hotel/room is quite basic.

This was my third time staying at the Holiday Inn, Bloomsbury hotel. That means I really like it there. Everything is good to my likings.

The public toilets could be cleaner told my friends. She was a bit disappointed about the dirt on the toilet she went to. Plus, if I remember correctly I booked a wheelchair friendly room. That we didn’t have.
