La ubicación es perfecta, zona tranquila pero con restaurantes y playa cerca. A 50 minutos de Oporto y a 40 de Aveiro. La piscina y los jardines son preciosos, así como las vistas a la laguna.

El hotel necesita una REFORMA URGENTE, las habitaciones son antiguas, el baño pésimo, sale un hilo de agua en la ducha. Las camas son incómodas, no hay nevera en la habitación. No se corresponde con las comodidades de un 4 estrellas. El desayuno buffet es muy limitado y de mala calidad.

I loved the location by the estuary, there is a mini store across the street, the staff was fantastic. I sprained my ankle in the morning and made it to this hotel, they supplied me with ice and helped me carry my food to my room. Parking is right in front of the building and they have an elevator for physically challenged like me today!

Really warm and positive staff. They all went above and beyond to meet our requests and were very attentive. First class five star service from everyone from reception to the cleaners. The pool was also very good

The Google review made out this was a four star which was not the case. No tea and coffee facilities, mini fridge, the bar was almost never staffed, no lounge, the business centre was closed, no room service, no on site restaurant for lunch or evenings. Cocoraches in room on arrival, one of our rooms the air conditioning was very weak. We had very loud parties disrupting the children two of the nights. The playground equipment was all aged and painted with the wrong paint or broken or generally unsafe.

The bed was dirty, the shower broken. The breakfast wasn’t good, the pool and the equipment are very old and dirty. For 95 euros per night we were expecting a lot more especially in portugal where good places can be really cheap. We are never gonna come back in this hotel and neither should you.
