חזית המלון בשיפוצים , לכלוך וגישה דרך פיגומים ללובי המלון ! זאת חוצפה ממדרגה ראשונה שלא כתבתם שהמלון בשיפוצים . היה לנו יום נישואין 52 שנה וההרגשה להיכנס למלון בשיפוצים מאכזבת מאד !!!

Mulțumim echipei IHG București, pentru ospitalitatea și confortul Hotelului. Am sosit la destinație și am rămas surprinși, deoarece am fost cazați într-o cameră mai mare și au inclus micul dejun. Vă mulțumim, am petrecut un sejur cu maxim confort.

At the end of our 2 week trip through Rumania we spent the last night in the fabulous King Ferdinand suite with a small balcony overlooking the square in front of the hotel. The suite is spacious and has everything you wish for: excellent WiFi, separate toilet, very good shower, good bed and perfect pillows, a minibar, Nespresso machine and water cooker and a iron and ironing board. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is worth to come back for.

Location, Radu at check in, room and really comfortable beds.

No restocking of coffee, mini bar or T paper. Always very busy with conferences or weddings and actually closed the bar to residents to accommodate the larger groups.....not good

The room is beautiful, spacious and very clean; all furniture is new. Breakfast is excellent and the variety is huge. Ask something to the staff and you will see how friendly and helpful they are. The British Bar was excellent; we arrived quite late in the night and we was able to eat/drink something in a very nice atmosphere; the lady from the bar is very friendly and efficient. Congratulations!

The staff discuss between them, (in restaurant, at breakfast) sometimes too loud; I prefer a little bit more privacy, I could say.

The reception ladies were very professional and bubbly. Our requirements were all met.

Location was ideal, very central in terms of traffic flow and taxi access and walking to local tourist sites was easy even in the snow. Staff made our time extra special and were already looking at when we can come back!

I wish they had toothpaste and toothbrush and hair straightener. Other than that, it was all perfect.

חדר מרווח ומפנק, מיקום מעולה, שקט וסולידי. ארוחת הבוקר סבירה, אכלתי כבר טובות יותר ברמת המלון הזה.

ביום הראשון גיליתי באופן מפתיע שלא החליפו לנו מצעים מהאורחים שהיו לפנינו זה היה דוחה. מיד כשהתרעתי על כך הגיעה חדרנית להחליף אבל הגועל כבר קלקל וחבל מאוד. בנוסף היו לנו כרטיסים לאופרה פקיד הקבלה אמר לנו שהאופרה ממול המלון, הוא הטעה אותנו כמובן מחוסר ידע וכשהגענו לשם בזמן נאלצנו לקחת מונית וכמעט אחרנו להופעה. הצוות לא ככ מקצועי ולא הכי קשוב. חבל. לא נשוב. יש בבוקרשט מלונות יותר טובים עבור הכסף ששילמנו.

Good location, ok breakfast, comfortable bed

My room (211) was attached to someone's room and only divided through a wodden thin door. I could hear every word, movement, step from next door the whole night (all three nights of my stay), front desk staff could be more friendly, spa was flodded and could have been more clean, not much variety at breakfast buffet. Overall too expensive for what you get.

Staff was really nice and attentive, very friendly and always helpful. When we had an issue with a coffee machine in the room they immediately brought us fresh capuccino and changed the machine. Ordering of the shuttle, later checkout, room service were great. And also nice location and very good free wifi.

The bar is very small and in the period of corporate NY parties it’s hard to find a nice table. Also I didn’t find a lobby bar, which would be good to sit down and work.

Aussicht aus dem Zimmer miserabel. Den Spa Bereich nach Möglichkeit nicht betreten! Es scheint seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr renoviert worden zu sein, sauber ist es auch nicht. Man hat mir die Halbpension doppelt berechnet, trotz Versprechens der Rücküberweisung, habe ich die Summe noch nicht zurückerhalten.

Frühstück war gut, jedoch wurde das Buffet bereits um 10:50 Uhr entfernt bzw. weggeräumt und die Lichter im Essraum gelöscht.

1. um 10:50 Uhr wurde das Frühstücksbuffet abgeräumt, um 10:55 Uhr wurden die Lichter im Essraum ausgeschaltet. 2. Abendessen war nicht der Hit, Fleisch wurde entweder zu blutig oder trocken serviert.

The staff was incredible! The place itself is so big you can find everything you need or want and they’re super happy to help you with everything.
