The Phoneica hotel is beautifully designed. It has a wonderful aroma and atmosphere when we walked in. The rooms were lovely and we were given a peronalised welcome note and treats, which was lovely. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful, they provided immediate assistance to our enquiries. It is located closely to many local amenities. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be booking The Phoenicia Hotel again on our next visit to Bucharest. We recommend booking this hotel.

The sauna was being renovated during our stay. There was no notification of this prior, however during the trip we did not have time to use it anyway, as we were busy sightseeing and visiting the city. It will be completed soon in 2 months before we plan to return. The other gym facilities are available and the hotel has a variety of great gym equipment to use, which was better than most. I have nothing negative to say. The hotel and experience was great!

Good value for the money. Excellent client service and the welcome note with chocolate was a very nice surprise. Definitely would recommend

Great location and great breakfast buffet

AC was not working properly for a hot humid day/ night. And the hair behind the bathroom door was unpleasant to see honestly.
