ベッドの寝心地がよかったのと、朝食バイキングのヘルシーなラインナップとおいしさ。選ぶ楽しみもあってよかった。個人的にはキュランダのハチミツや地元の野菜、くだもの、チーズ、ハムソーセージ類フルーツジュースが好みだった。 部屋が整ったらメールでお知らせしてくれ、荷物も入れておいてくれていた。

施設が悪いわけでは全くないけれど、アーリーチェックイン自体には期待しないほうがいい。次に行くなら、ちゃんと一泊分確保して休んだほうがいいと思った。

The location is amazing! The morning views with the mountains in the background. The swimming pool and spa was a winner with the kids. Awesome breakfast buffet selection with fresh juices and smoothies.

The front line team of the hotel was very warm and polite, and the reception staff showed the expected level of hospitality. The room delivery service was efficient and timely when I called for the items I requested. The housekeeping staff we met were polite and conscientious.

The shower gel in the room was empty on the first day of our stay, and it was replaced the next day after we raised it with the housekeeping staff. The next day, however, we ran out of shampoo in the guest room, which was not noticed by the staff until we checked out. I think the hotel was negligent in checking clean rooms before sales them. The lack of zoning for showers and bathtubs is also disappointing, but this is not the fault of the service provider.

Loved the location - easy walk to esplanade and restaurants. Great pool with lots of seating.

The secure parking only accommodates vehicles under 1880mm so we had to park on the street away from the motel and pay council parking rates

Very wet floors accident prone. Aircon was not very good. Location of carpark $20 or whatever it is a night not worth it just park on the street.

The reception area I was waiting far too long. They had enough staff but two were involved with one client and the reception member of staff that dealt with me had a very poor lack of English causing me to repeat myself several times. The room was mediocre not the best, no walk in shower.

"Cromecast" did not work and it couldn't be sorted (it was Sunday and they did try everything). We were offered another room, but were happy in the room we were in. Staff and Manager (John) did everything to accommodate us, including a bottle of wine. We left as happy customers.

Staff were very helpful to give us directions to car park and check in was smooth. Breakfast staff were excellent and the food was excellent.

Car park was extra $20 and we did not have enough space for a larger car to park. If we were fat, we won't be able to get out of the car without touching other cars. Balcony was dirty and the lights were all on in one go. Unable to just have the lamp only without all other lights on as well. So it is either super bright or only spot light on the bed. Lamp only is not an option in this room.

The staff were so happy to help and super friendly. The hotel was so clean. It was in a perfect location for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The only thing we had a problem with was the air con, during the night we would wake up hot and find it blowing hot air out.

Early check in was great, much appreciated. The receptionists were very helpful and caring.

The hotel is slightly dated. The breakfast was awful. The sloping corridors with obstacles in them were a trip hazard. My wife had a nasty fall.

素晴しい景色でした。

室内設備も良かったが、使い方が解らないのが2点。シャワーへの切り替えが出来ず使えなかった。 コーヒーメイカーやってみたがドリップできずお湯を沸かしてインスタントコーヒーで飲んだ。使用方法の説明があればよかったと思います。他の国のHILTONではそういうことはありませんでした。

Location was great good water views and walking spaces. We could easily get transport. Pool was nice and clean. Hotel has a fantastic outdoors area. The hotel is in heart of the city so travelling virtually to any part was easy.

Breakfast was cold, lot of dishes were empty and omelette's tasted wired felt very uncomfortable in the evening. Staff at Front desk although courteous but seemed very indifferent as if not happy. Rooms were dated and appeared unkept.
