I love this hotel it’s our second time to be there for our vacation, the location is perfect and the stuff are professional

Located in exactly the right spot. Loved its proximity to Benchakitty Park. Staff friendly. Rimsuan Restaurant was very good and room service was a nice surprise. Definitely shall be returning !

The room was great, the staff were wonderful, respectful and courteous. They could not have been more helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in a very central location with great safety and privacy. Shuttle provided all day to take you from the hotel lobby to Sukhumvit Road, which saves you a 5 minute walk. Very large, spacious hotel. Nice little shop with essentials inside the hotel. Laundry options available. Cleaners and staff were all lovely. Huge selection of breakfast options. Would recommend.

The bed was quite hard, which is good for sleeping but not great for sitting on, it might suit some people. I lost my bank card inside the ATM in the hotel as they work differently to European ATM's, and when I went to reception, they said there's absolutely no chance of getting it back. I had to cancel it. It would be helpful if they had an ATM from a bank which could help in case of emergencies.

Struttura molto bella, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, molto comodo il trasporto continuo con tuk tuk alla strada principale. Colazione abbondante e varia. Ho viaggiato con un bambino di un anno e mezzo, molte attenzioni per i bambini (stanza per gioco e piscina bassa, posate bicchieri e piatti dedicati ai più piccoli ai pasti).

Piscina molto bella, ma chiude alle 20. Una chiusura posticipata permetterebbe di farsi un bagno rinfrescante anche tornando tardi dopo aver girato l'afosa città

We stayed at the Greenery Wing which looks new. It was on the 2nd floor with no view but it was of a good size. Bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet with no traffic noise. Good selection of breakfast spread. Would stay here again, but I would not stay in the old wing. It was outdated and needed upgrading.

The long walk to the main road where the shops and restaurants are. The shuttle service do not take you to the BTS station, but stopped just about 100 metres from the hotel. They only can take 6 at a time, then you need to wait for the next shuttle.

L’hôtel est très spacieux, les chambres sont immenses, le restau est très bon dans l’hôtel et le petit déjeuner et super

L’accueil laisse à désirer. Lorsqu’on demande quelque chose à la réception, on a clairement l’impression de les déranger. Franchement, le personnel a l’accueil ferait bien de suivre un stage de sympathie. Le personnel du restaurant est extra. Très sympathique.

اللبي وقرب الفندق من وسط المدينة تواجد ثلاث غرف في جناح واحد

فقدت قطعة كهربائية وبعد خروجي اتصلت بهم ووعدوا بحفظها الى حين عودتي في حجزي بعد 4 ايام وعند العودة لم أجد القطعة ولم يكن هناك أي تفاعل من الاستقبال .

Das Frühstück war überragend! Man konnte sich auch jederzeit im Foyer Kaffee nehmen und die Zimmer waren gut klimatisiert.

Das Check-in. Wir kamen eine Stunde früher und mussten wirklich bis Punkt 14 Uhr warten. Wir hatten bevor wir angereist sind schon angefragt, ob es möglich wäre, eine Stunde eher einzuchecken, was abgelehnt wurde. Wir hätten dafür sogar drauf gezahlt, aber da waren sie wirklich punktgenau korrekt. Nach einem 18 Stündigen Flug war das schon ziemlich anstrengend.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Everyone was helpful. The breakfast was a great value. Very good location not far from the BTS station and Terminal 21 mall. Next door to Benjakitti Park and the Green Mile.

The room was a little dated, but clean and functional. The washer/dryer was a lifesaver. A little bit of a walk to Sukhumvit, but there is a hotel tuk-tuk that is running all day.

It’s well located, Breakfast was good, cleaning staff & lobby staff helpful and efficient. Gym and pool just fine. Alice on reception was particularly helpful and efficient.

Nothing to dislike

Great location near the Sukhumvit Road, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. There's a regular shuttle to/from the main road. The nearest Sky train stop (Nana) is a few minutes away. To the back of the hotel is a pleasant park and lake. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. The service is very good. We stayed here twice. The first room was in the new wing - it overlooked the pool. Contemporary and well equipped. Very nice. For the second stay we stayed in the main building with a balcony room overlooking the park. The room was a bit dated and smaller than it looked on the website , but the balcony and views were amazing. On our second stay breakfast was included - plenty of choice.

Hotel très confortable et bien situé, dans une rue calme perpendiculaire à une grande artère pleine de restaurants et boutiques. Les transports en commun sont très proches. Le personnel très agréable. La chambre ytes confortable avec un lit immense.

The units were very dated. The sliding partitions would not close. The units was definitely in need of some major renovations.

שהינו באגף החדש. החדר היה מרווח מאוד עם מיטה ענקית ונוחה. טלוויזיה חכמה ממש גדולה עם נטפליקס. צוות המלון נחמדים ואדיבים. המיקום מעט רחוק מהרחוב הראשי אבל יש שאטל של המלון. בגדול מומלץ.
