A friendly welcome and a well appointed room which made for a comfortable stay. It was very well located in the CBD.

The car parking was next to the building in an unsecured open car park.

We had a lovely big studio apartment - plenty of space to enjoy. The facilities were as expected for a Quest. The location was very good - a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The lady on reception gave us fantastic recommendation for dinner and breakfast. She was lovely.

the parking situation. There aren't many parking bays and the system should be improved. I checked in and got a note for my car, but by the time I then moved my car from the front of the hotel to the car park, someone had taken the space before checking in. I guess i didn't know the rules! With so few spaces, they should put in a booking system rather than have a free-for-all

light and airy interiors - high ceilings we liked how they repurposed the building and conserved the original windows.

Great location, lovely staff, room as described/shown.

Couldn’t open windows or control room temperature otherwise and it was very warm during the night. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner.

Huge self contained apartment. Fantastic location with many restaurants in easy walk. Staff were exceptional.

The entrance door is hard to open with hands full of luggage.

We loved the location and facilities. It was a very cold day. This apartment was perfect for chilling out, mid trip and catching up with laundry.

The whole package !! Great room with everything a guest would need for a short or long stay, and very modern, great value, will stay again.

Maybe the shower over the bath, workable, but would have been better, no bath and shower cubicle or wet floor,

Something outside was very noisy, heard it all night, like an large air conditioning unit or something, was pretty bad
