Comfy stay and nice and warm room.

Towels need an upgrade

Room was clean and comfortable. Heating kept room warm. Outside is pretty shabby but interior has been redecorated and is pleasant.

Unit old but very warm and comfortable had all what was required for our stay. Beaut shower and bed. Kitchen had all that was required if you wanted to cook a full meal.

The receptionist was wonderful and so helpful. Comfortable chairs and comfortable bed

The bathroom facilities were very, very cramped. Not much room to move around and had to close the door into bathroom area before you could open the shower door. Toilet area was difficult to move around in. Laundry dryer kept going and going even though clothes were dry.

Overall the room was clean and had self catering. Was a one night stay so met its purpose.

The bedroom was tiny, if the door to the room was open then you could not access that side of the bed. The bathroom area to open the shower door to the towel rails was millimetres to spare. The toilet door also just missed the toilet seat by millimetres, meaning if you were a larger person entering the toilet would be difficult.

Check in was easy and accommodated my change I need to the amount of nights I stayed. For the location was good as I enjoyed the walk into town through some of the parks and gardens.

The second bed could have had a bed light. the parallel car parks were sometimes difficult to access but not a major problem.

The room has been newly renovated and is stunning. No expense has been spared.

The new rooms are great. Kitchen had everything and each room had all you needed.

Very clean and comfortable

We felt the lock in the door was needing attention. We had to ask a staff member to help us unlock and take the key out. They were very helpful.

Contactless check in which worked perfectly as we arrived outside reception hours and left before they were open. Very clean and spacious. Good value for money. Very quiet.

The shower was disappointing as the pressure was very poor. The bathroom could do with a little updating but couldn't fault the cleaniness of the whole unit.
