I love staying here it is the only hotel I use before flying out of nz

Not being able to heat our microwave dinner in our room, BUT the bar staff were so very accommodating when I asked if our meals could be heated 10/10 for their service...

Chose this hotel because of the shuttle bus to and from the airport for an early morning flight. Room was great service was great. Friendly atmosphere all around.

The reception was GREAT!! He was very helpful.... Our television was not working for some reason but we did not stay long at the Hotel to get another television.

Great location and easy transfers to airport

Room was next to main road which was noisey. Also carpets very worn in places giving a very tired look to the place

A little road noise if you leave your windows open.

Large apartment type rooms with lots of space, very clean, comfortable bed. Good food, great little bar and much needed gin.

空港シャトルは便利だったが、国内線のお迎えの場所がメールで頂いた場所(ドア7番の出た所)と連絡を貰いましたが、実際は出てから先の道路の所で、走って行ってようやく追いついて乗せてもらいました。

I was blown away that we were able to get a shuttle to and from the hotel at ridiculous hours. Perfect for in between flights.

The shower was a good wakeup but not fantastic.

Free airport transfer is brilliant and the response to concerns re the heat pump not working was excellent

We were given a room for disabled people which meant we had a big shower. However the shower was at wheelchair height! The heat pump did not work and a portable heater had to be brought in. We were offered a room change but we’d got stuff everywhere and felt changing rooms was too awkward.

The shuttle service is excellent and one of the main reasons we stay there. The very early wake up call was also very much appreciated.\

Free airport shuttle was crucial factor in choosing this off-airport property.

Room service meal was poor. Ordered 2 main course items, and they arrived 20 mins apart. Caesar Salad was very disappointing and overpriced, and burger with fries was not much better.
