Great location, close to the Motorway and eateries

We like the efficiency of an apartment hotel and the dishwasher, washing machine/dryer. We appreciated being able to park on site for free. I had difficulty using the dryer initially and a call to Reception was responded to immediately.

We were pretty happy, although there was a maintenance issue in the bathroom that could have been attended to before our arrival (drawer beneath basin). Also, on one occasion, I had to ask for replenishment of dishwasher detergent and dishwashing detergent. However, this was dealt with promptly and courteously by Housekeeping.

Bed was comfy

Door didn’t shut properly. Ants in the room Noisy outside with a street party and noisy above me on the next floor Only one coffee bag??

It is very well equipped with everything we needed. Washing and drying machine with washing powder provided.

I needed to be able to check in early (but didn’t need early access to the room) and was stoked when this wasn’t an issue. I’d called the day before to arrange it and when I turned up on the day I completed the paperwork and went up to make sure the key card worked and left. At this point the room hadn’t yet been cleaned but that was to be expected. The card worked and I left. When I returned later that night the room had been serviced and it was all ready for me to move in. I really appreciated the flexibility of being able to do that and the staff were outstanding. Everything was great

Great central location on Auckland's North Shore. Hotel was roomy, clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to large Westfield & public transport

Air conditioners wasn't great

No fresh air in room . No windows

The room had everything we need, it was lovely that they turn on the heat pump and lights, the location is close to the eateries and mall.

The room and hotel smelt very strongly of cleaning/air freshener, it is very over powering, also we could not open the windows to let in the fresh air at night, as the room was very stuffy, the room did have heat pump/air con but could not run it at night as it was too noisy.
