Very big and comfortable rooms. Very nice to have private areas in the lobby. The room service was great and the food was fantastic. Close to the see.

We were charged extra money for a mistake that they were aware of. However, If we didn't look at the credit card bill, we wouldn't get it back.

Nice rooms with good comfort. Very good beds, spacious bathroom and clean. Excellent breakfast and good dinner at the BBQ restaurant. Close to beach and medium sized pool with lots of apace to relax.

There was no parking available on site despite otherwise mentioned on Booking. Staff tried to solve this but without success. Staff polite but not friendly, except for staff during breakfast. Lots of reconstruction next to hotel on two sides. Not the extra effort you would expect for 5* Hotel.

It is a huge hotel and therefore not a charming family run place. The only tiny criticism would go to the reception were the process is surprisingly slow, overly complicated with the staff jumping from one non-working computer to another.

Neck has a big room. The room is clean. Breakfast supplies many choices. Especially the hotel has a huge swimming pool. It is very comfortable to relax at the pool.

The staff was good. Shabbat dinner food was amazing. The free spa with the Dead Sea pool were very nice.

No iron in the room (only a bad one at floor 1 shared by everyone). We bought some bottle of wine at the hotel's restaurant and they brought it already open to our table. The Shabbat breakfast was not good

We cant get room key after long waiting and was told that computer is not working. On second day of staing, not the last, key suddenly stoped work and we cant enter the room and pool. Room was not clean enough.

To be honest it was one of my worst experiences in a 5 star hotel. For this price range over € 600 per night I expected a lot more. I don't know where to start. Starting at the parking lot I want to unpack my bags and check in there is no valet parking locally. When I put the car aside for a moment, the security guy tells me immediately take your car away from here and park 150 meters further down for a 5 star hotel there should already be a valet service. When the weather didn't cooperate for a few days and it was cool, the swimming pool was not warmed up and the water in the pool was ICE COLD. Normally it is very hot at the Dead Sea but the few days were a bit cooler and all the time the pool was not warmed up. Even 4 star hotels warm up pools when the weather is a bit cold. The receptionist at check-in said we got a great room. But it's neither great nor anything special. Very simple room with no additional special features. In the room we asked for two toothbrushes, we only got one toothbrush. Poor and unfriendly Staff at the bar. For me it was like a 3 star hotel and I paid for a 6 star hotel. on the last day I had a call from the back office and they wanted to know my experiences and asked me if I could please write a positive review in exchange for a late check out. Which I thought was great at first but when I had to experience this lack of service again I took my bags and went to another hotel.

Great hotel by the dead sea. Beds could be more comfortable to sleep in. Check in procedure needs to be improved. It takes too much time. Breakfast dinner top notch. Overall great experience.
