big spacious clean and comfortable with Awesome staff

I thought parts outside of the property wasn’t clean and a lot of the outside needs work and repairs around balconies and pillars and messy garden boxes etc , the inside was fantastic with lovely staff

very comfortable bed, quiet room, pool was nice, food at Restaurant was lovely

we would have liked the bar to be open a little earlier than it was, obviously you also face staff shortages due to Covid fallout over the last two years. Overall the staff worked hard to meet our needs.

It was my husbands birthday and they left him a small fruit platter in the room for him with a note saying happy birthday

It was a long way away from the marina and main attractions of cairns but doesn’t read like that, lucky we’d hired a car

The staff were just great. Did their best to assist and were friendly and helpful. They organised transport and a couple of trips. The Manager Leanne was exceptional.

Location by the main highway. So close to the airport and near the flightpath. The rooms had a shower over the (high) bath. The beds although a good quality were very hard. The fact that booking.com said that they had contacted the hotel and had organised for a quiet room, this did not happen and hotel had not been given that information. The fact that booking.com did NOT show the showers were over the bath, totally unsafe for older people. The fact that booking.com had shown the hotel rooms as being soundproofed. This was not the case. No double glazing on windows and the traffic was a REAL issue.
