Great apartment - spacious had everything 2 couples needed. Well stocked kitchen including washer and dryer. The swim out was perfect. We travel to palm cove at-least once a year we would highly recommend and stay again.

needs more staff especially in the pool bar area, tables and floors need a good clean and someone at all times to make sure it’s clean , also pool and pool area needs more attention

Great location and facilities and wonderful weather in luxury accommodation. Close to the restaurants, bars and cafes of Palm Coves delightful main strip.

Having to come home.

Lovely apartment and so brilliant having direct access to the pool from the room. Apartment had everything you could need. Resort facilities are very nice and it was a short walk to the main strip of Palm Cove which also meant it was very quiet. Would definitely return.

Great location. Our apartment was just fabulous and having an outside area and then a private sunlounge and direct access to pool was the best.

I put a beach towel out on a sunchair early in the public area and when I went back there a couple of hours later when the sun was out it had been taken off my chair by staff. Other guests said they had the same thing done by the staff. I asked at Reception that night and they said to come back the next day as the day staff would have access to them but there was nobody on Reception when we checked out that morning.

Challenging to transfer garbage from the apartment to the industrial bins at the front of the hotel. Swim out area entirely in the shade so no sunbaking at the apartment.

The accomodation was amazing. The resort was beautiful. The food and drinks at the resort were very average, which was unexpected. If your happy to eat out and bring your own drinks it's no problem though.

Food and drinks from the pool bar in particular were definitely not great. Probably just a staffing issue though, as the rest of the resort was amazing.

The apartment was a perfect size for family of 4! Very clean and functional and it looked to me like they had recently upgraded furniture? Kids love the swim out apartment. Beautiful gardens and outlook from swim out pontoon and outdoor sitting area. Staff are all very helpful and positive

Beautiful room, great location in a tranquil setting. Check-in was easy and the amenities were great.

We would love to come back when the swim-out pool refurbishment is completed. Our only issue with our room was that the beds were two singles pushed together and they kept sliding around and apart and slipping away from the headboard. My husband ended up sleeping on the couch.

Great space to spread out and relax. The 2 rooms, each with an ensuite was good. The grounds and pool areas were just wonderful. The restaurant was fantastic and a shoutout to George for his great service. Nice walk into the restaurant area. If we come back l would definitely stay here again.

The swim out balcony apartment was ideal to allow my children to swim all day and allow me to easily supervise them. The apartment was huge, clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

That you had to walk outside the resort to put rubbish in the bin.
