Great location and hotel staff!

The beds were smaller/harder than expected. No microwave, parking, or breakfast were included with room. Everything seemed to be an extra (expensive) charge. Worst of all, the air conditioning unit in my room kept failing for 4 of the 7 days of our stay... not comfortable in the heat/humidity of June in Ponce....

Los baños comunales, en específico el de las damas, necesita más higiene.

餐厅开放得不多。上菜速度有点慢。

El alojamiento tenía facilidades recreativas como piscina, casino, cancha de tenis entre otros.

1- La comida en el bufet debe mejorar. 2- La limpieza de las áreas comunes debe mejorar. En los pasillos se observaban platos y cubiertos esperando que los recogieran durante todo el día.

-The front desk called us at 12:30am to let us know our car seat that the airline lost had arrived. Nice to know, but why wake us up in the middle of the night? - some days the room didn’t get cleaned until 5pm

Stayed Sunday and Monday which are the two days the fine dining restaurant is closed.

OUR ROOM WITH OCEAN VIEW WAS VERY NICE, WE HAD LOVELY DINNER AT THE RESTAURANT AND ALL THE STAFF AROUND THE POOL AREA WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFULL.... THANK YOU WE WILL TRY TO COME BACK ONE DAY..

WE LOVE SWIMMING IN THE SEA... BUT WEATHER DIDN'T REALLY HELP AND THE BEACH WAS NOT THAT CLEAN...

Nice facilities. Beautiful environment

Very expensive for the price. They constantly charged pre authorizations in the credit card without asking, the staff couldn’t explain properly why, how and how much… all they would do was laugh and blame “the system”. We had breakfast included, we found out the first morning that our breakfast was only continental which means: second class, you need to pay extra if you want the full buffet and more importantly if you want to eat at the terrace. They also charged me for the parking without previous notice. It is a nice hotel but given the very high rates we were expecting a different treatment.

La relación que hay entre el alojamiento y Booking, pues es frustrante que ellos permitan cambiar los días de estancia, por que por cuestiones personales, tenía que salir dos días antes, y en Booking, en vez de ratificarlo, devolvían la llamada a la propia recepción del Hotel. En definitiva, ellos si estaban dispuestos a cambiar el check Out, y me dijeron que solo se cobraría el tiempo que se estuvo allí, pero aún no he recibido la devolución económica

The hotel is getting old. Needs to be redone. Nice place but needs refurbishing. Three days had noise from drilling/construction and no signs posted or advised. Pool on a Friday/Saturday night was close at 10pm. Was not given breakfast. After paying $2000.00 plus -breakfast should have been offered. Another bad thing I had to pay for parking on property of $15.00 a day. another 115.oo dollars. Booking.com will never be used again. I will deal with a chain and start to get rewards. After booking with you I saved nothing. The other cost would have been less if i booked direct. Not happy unless booking .com does something for me I will go on media and give bad reviews. I felt I was cheated putting a damper on my trip. Even my family said don't do this again. Good luck

the beach was disgusting we had to relocate to san juan, and unless you plan on only staying at hotel there is nothing and i mean nothing to do within an hour and a half drive,do not go here….

Rooms where dark. Bathroom dirty. Bathroom vanity light broken. Lack of staff to play at the casino tables.
