Location

Required to sign a list agreeing to no TV , no wifi, loud music until a minimum of 11 pm located down stairs and on the hotel property. Also, we had one large towel and two hand towels. One of the hand towels had a stain on it.

The A/C in the room worked fine. The coffee bistro at the lobby was great.

1. No parking. 2. Musty odor from the entrance of the hotel all the way to the sheets of the bed. My throat was scratchy in the morning and my son had allergies. 3. Stained couch pillows with what looked like blood, the base of the bed (which are white) had dried brown dripping stains, the bathroom walls where the light fixture is and sink cabinet (also white) were stained brown with dirty fingers. The shower floor was supposed to be white but was actually gray from stains. 4. The TV didn’t work and front desk said they had cable problems. 5. The bed covers were ripped. 6. The floor has black carpet (so you cant see the dirt, but the “pink” rug is actually grayish pink from the amount of dirt collected. 6. I had selected a room with a view and there were zero windows, no light, perfect moldy humidity. We would’ve discover new species if I had a petri dish. This hotel basically looks like someone got an old flooded building and invested less than 50K buying the cheapest furniture and only one 5gal paint for each color because you can see that only 1 roll of paint was spread without touch ups. Maybe they got the cheapest paint or maybe they paid the workers less than minimum wage. This hotel is picture perfect in just pictures. In reality it is awful and very unsanitary.

Lobby music to loud to the point that my rest started at 11:30 pm. To wake up a 3:00 am. Ac was leaking water. I had a water drop on my faca from the cealing.

The de decor was on point

The smell. Smelled like mold. Overall ok for a quick trip.

The staff was great and very good receptionist service, also the hotel is very close to good restaurants in town

The bed mattress is hard , in our room the shower didn’t have a place to put the soap or shampoo, the floor on the bath wasn’t moped, the towels that were throw on the floor to be changed, they weren’t changed , we used the same small towel on the floor for all the days, but the rest of the room was cleaned
