Room was very clean and comfortable and spacious

I could not a reasonable vegetarian breakfast but the staff at the coffeehouse managed to whip up a roti canai with some aloor gobi. I suggest some consideration is given to this aspect.

I love the wide open clear and clean windows (both sides) which gives an extraordinary city's view, even though I am very skeptical about it before checking in to your hotel. Very spectacular. The hospitality and service given was magnificently superb from the moment I mistakenly booked the room until the last day of staying. I'm very thankful for that.

Well. I don't have any except for the pool, which was told still under maintenance upon arrival. But it's okay..

Das Frühstück war super. Frisch gepresste Säfte, classic malaysisches Essen und asiatische Küche, es gab auch Brot, Aufstrich und ein Angebot an englischen Frühstück. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Es lag zentral und hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf die Hafenpromenade. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen offen. Wir würden immer wieder gerne anreisen.

Riverview room was great, get to see the water fountain lights and firework in time for the SUKMA Closing ceremony. Staff are polite and very accommodative.

Wish the toilet was slightly bigger.

Swimming pool and most of the area is non accessible, the swimming pool was under renovation, the access to the riverside walk is closed, the lift only 2 were in working conditions. The supplies of clean towels were limited, toilet rolls were not replenished and tissue box run out, body shampoo were not refilled..Need to call them everyday to refill something in the rooms. Very disappointed with a 5 star hotel .

The hotel needs a spa and the pool was closed during my stay.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut an der Hafenpromenade. Kuching kann man von dort sehr gut erkunden. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, wenn auch nicht alles gut gemacht ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Der Pool wird gerade vollständig renoviert, was natürlich bei den hohen Temperaturen unschön für den Gast ist, wenn er gerade von einer anstrengenden Jungletour kommt. Man kann zwar den Pool des Nachbarhotels nutzen, der aber recht lieblos gestaltet ist und keine Sonnenschirme bietet. Der Anblick von unserem auf den Pool schauenden Zimmers war dann auch eher unschön.

The service, the nice and clean room with complete amnesties. Service was also great.

The hotel was under renovation: of the 4 lifts, 2 were not working and that cause a bit of wait when there is a bit of traffic. The swimming pool was under renovation and therefore not accessible. They said I need to talk about 500m to Pullman hotel in order to get to a pool! Also, the access system were down and I could only get access card to my room on my second day of stay. It was a hassle to get someone to bring me up to my room every time I went out, even for a short time like just to get a drink.

Good location and nice walk along the river. Breakfast was good and varied. Nice room with view over the river.

Bathroom very small. Fire alarm went off twice. Once in the middle of the night. No follow up regarding the reason or evacuation of hotel.

Facility in terms of towels, Drinking waters, bed, comforter, pillows and bathroom facilities. Good breakfast and nice staff. Nevertheless, the waiting for the check in was terrible. Waited hours to be checked into the rooms.

I understand the shortage of housekeeping staff. Met one who was asking if I need to get the room clean up. She is nice and helpful even I don't need the service. She offerred her service with kind gesture and politeness despite her overloaded work.

Sadly and too sad fr me.. After i check out around 12 noon and going out for a while and back to the hotel staying at the lobby til around 6.20 pm while waiting going to the airport and around 7++ pm when i at the aport receive a call frm the hotel and asking me unexpected question!🤦🏼‍♂.Asking missing hangar, hairdryer and iron bag??🤦🏼‍♂.. I wonder y during the Housekeeping cleaning the room they didnt cal me right away while im stil at the hotel?. Luckily My husband did complain at the reception during our checking out time as we jus realised theres no hairdryer in the room. Never in my life a staff frm de hotel cal n asking me the embarassing question🤦🏼‍♂. Its just that i feel dissapointed and embarassed wit this matter. Ive been staying der fr 3 days witout complain and fr me tis ting shudnt be happen to me😥

Rooms include dinner & breakfast ~The wagyu & salmon buffet is very delightful package for family gathering stay especially during public holiday. They also provide coloring gift set bag for kids which is very thoughtful. Besides, each rooms comes with some delicate chocolate & mandarin oranges too during the CNY stay.

There is some weird smell for the pillows. It’s smell like being used for decades. Hotel Renovation should also accompany with replacement for new mattress & pillow as well.

I felt that apart from the staff that directly served and/or communicated us, the rest doesn’t look friendly. No greetings and/or smiles like ones given to foreigners that we noted

Location was pretty good as it was nearby most of the places of interest. It is also a plus point that the hotel is just a step away from the waterfront area and you can view the water fountain performance from the comfort of your hotel room.

We were there when the hotel was undergoing some renovations so there was some noise disturbances but it was not too bad. There were also times when the air-conditioning was switched off and this made staying inside the hotel room sometimes uncomfortable.

We requested for baby cot when we booked, but when we reach, there is no baby cot. And so we requested, but was told that there is none available 🫠 After further communication, they manage to send us one. But the good thing is, they upgrade our room

Some odd smell in the room when I first entered. But we used a good room freshner. Delay in evening in room dining food order delivery. But I undersatnd the hotel was full on that day.

Condensation on the window didn’t allow us to enjoy the view.

The river view is worth the price if you're going to stay in the room. Booked the cheapest room with river view and another king suite room with city view, although there's living room space, bathtub and well thought design, the view plays such an important aspect. But room was clean with Crabtree and Evelyn touch is nice. Pool wasn't crowded and it's a nice that there's 2m deep part to swim around. The hotel scent was distinct that of Hilton. Guest toilet on ground floor was impressive. Bed was good, with reading lights control for both side of the beds. Not overly soft that one will sink it, nice balance. Staff exudes professionalism. Parking was conveniently connected to the hotel. They did a great job in sprucing up the hotel. As of January 11th stay, no construction going on and it was perfect. Though the lift has odors of recent construction.

That I didn't take the river view. The city view overlooking tune hotel and the others are just bland concrete jungle. The lift has faint construction scent but it'll go away eventually. The ground floor tiles reminisce of older times luxury, those dark coloured granite but that's just me. Glass water is not it, not enough and insufficient for drinking.

Excellent location, located at the central area yet secluded. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Room are clean and comfortable. Its not fancy with the bling bling clubs for party, but definitely great for family stay, good choice for your family vacation or a secure and quite night
