No contaron mi descuento de Booking, me dieron otra habitación que no pedí, desde las 9 de la mañana ya estaba la señora de la limpieza tocando porque ya iba a limpiar, el desayuno terminaba a las 10 AM, pedí el check in a las 2 pm y me lo confirmaron por correo pero al llegar allá me dijeron que hasta las 3 y no me daban solución, tuve que esperar una hora para poder relajarme en una habitación, la cual no le servía su aire acondicionado.

The location is excellent. Walking distance to most areas in Centro. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The room is adequate and there was lots of hot water.

The breakfast room is too small to handle the number of people. The eggs ware cold and from Saturday morning to Monday there was NO COFFEE! Fortunately there is an OXXO on the corner. The rooms are noisy and can hear the neighbors and people in the hall.

The room was very confortable and very clean. Is located near the city center and near the zocalo and comertial shops.

The rooms are very basic but perfect for a few days. The location is great on an easy spot to catch an Uber or walk to a public transport.

The sheets were not great it was a flat sheet on the bed which kept coming up. And I wanted new sheets but housekeeping didn’t change them.

Perfect location to see the Centro Historico. Bellas Artes, the Barrio Chino, the Zócalo and the Templo Mayor are all within walking distance. Easy taxi or uber ride to get to Chapultepec Park, the Zona Rosa and the museums. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms have very thin walls so can be noisy, street noise reached my room on the 9th floor with the windows closed. The breakfast was pretty bad, thank goodness for fruit... but hey, it was free.

The staff is so nice and kind and They helped me a lot during my stay. I like my room because it has windows that allow the exchange of air.

Good location with the Museum of Popular Art, Alameda Park and 24 hr grocery literally steps away. 2 min walk to metro station- very convenient access. Room was spacious and reasonably clean - the washroom area is split up into toilet cubicle, sink and shower cubicle - so it was great for our family of 3 to get ready simultaneously in the morning. Breakfast was decent with a decent spread of croissants, fresh fruits and the usual nachos with condiments and salsa - though no toaster for toasting bread.

Beds were not very comfortable, room was dark - not enough lamps and all lights are bluish making it cold and hospital like. They could easily make the room 10 times better by adding a few lamps and changing the light to warm colours. Bathroom cubicle is made up of translucent glass with big gaps around the door - so one can see inside - not practical to use if you are travelling with kids. Front desk staff did not speak much English - so a bit difficult to communicate.

Everything. The hotel is super clean and the staff very helpful. The room was very quiet and the bed was spacious and comfy. The reservation included a nice free breakfast. I like the location because is very close to Alameda Central and several restaurants. I've stayed in many cheap hotels closer to Centro Historico but none met my expectations. I'll come back for sure.

No windows in the rooms. Pretty bad smell in some rooms. No one speaks English. No hot water. Poor and every day the same breakfast. Crazy wind draft in the restaurant. This is really just basic and not well maintained property but costs like a good one.

The breakfast was great, though the coffee was a bit weak. The location was perfect for walking around the center.

Non-Spanish speakers, be aware - staff does not speak English, main communication mode - Google translate or notes on paper, apparently will not be able to make a call from your room. For two people in the room, non-negotiable 3 bed pillows (?), one hand towel, one small size washed-out bath towel per person, towels can be stained sometimes. Horrible smell from the bathroom, the problem was not alleviated by two requests to check and fix the issue. After eventually getting a different room, same problems plus a huge crack in the wall - ha-ha, Mexico city is indeed a city of earthquakes.
