Great, comfortable beds, nice perfect pillows, excellent location, though there isn’t many places to park the car. Nice water pressure in bathroom.

Hotel is very nice, but it looks a bit dated for 2021. Day curtains were a bit stained, but other than that - perfect accomodation.

The location is brilliant, makes it so easy to explore Gdańsk. The staff were friendly and very helpful, a few mishaps but these were rectified quickly. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay, thank you!

The fitness centre was disappointing, it's very small and mostly consists of treadmills.

Location was perfect

Staff was horrible. With except of food and drink manager, everyone else at the reception was simply horrible. From the way the hotel staff were dressed (not important) to the way they handled their quests. Zero customer care, sleepiness and ignorance. Mostly what was really bad is that the reception staff lied and never followed up to their commitments despite multiple requests and reminders about items that they could influence. They decided not to do it or they had zero customers care mindset or simply lied about what they were committing to do when taking to customers. After my stay I also recalled how they handled disrespectfully an elder woman on a wheelchair when I was checking in. With the hindsight i could clearly see it was horrible customer treatment. This was the worst hotel stay in my life. I don’t make such a statement easily but this time i really have to make it clear. I have traveled the world and I stayed in plenty of hotels around the world for work and pleasure. I have high expectations but I’m very reasonable as well. If you can try not to go to this hotel.

Frühstück war gut (aber nicht billig … und es waren einfach zu viele Gäste gleichzeitig beim Frühstück und die Tische sind sehr klein ). Lage ist perfekt! Von dort kommt man überall zu Fuß hin und Danzig ist toll!

Unser Standard Doppelzimmer war sehr klein… Ich glaube wir haben ein besonders kleines erwischt. Es gab keine Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im oder nahe bei dem Hotel ( vielleicht mit Beziehungen?) Durch baustellenbedingte Einbahnstraßenregelung haben wir unser Hotel nicht mit dem Auto erreichen können. Deshalb haben wir versucht das Hotel anzurufen - niemand geht ran … Als wir (zu Fuß) sind angekommen sind wird lapidar ein 1 km entfernter öffentlicher Parkplatz angeboten.

Brak możliwości zaparkowania samochodu - wg informacji obsługi i brak propozycji załatwienia tej usługi przez obiekt "w ramach 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu" - co powinno być standardem. Strzeżone miejsce parkingowe - przy rezerwacji pobytu - odpowiedź -brak możliwości proszę dzwonić w dzień przyjazdu - rano w dzień przyjazdu -odpowiedź brak możliwości (bo może ktoś przedłuży pobyt) , przyjazd - informacja brak możliwości i tyle - martw się sam człowieku (może trzeba coś ....... ). Kolejny raz potwierdza się zasada , że 5 gwiazdek nad szyldem to nie wszystko- a szkoda, bo to jednak coś kosztuje.

The hotel needs a bit of a refresh soon, however it was nice and comfortable for our stay.

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht sortiert, Unprofessionalität offensichtlich, wenig Tische, und viele sehr kleine, nur Kaffeeautomaten, kein frisch gebrühter Kaffee im 5 Sterne Restaurant, viele am buffet ungeordnet
