Pool hot tub sauna

Not disability friendly. Got husband upstairs but that’s where he had to stay. There was no body wash in the bathrooms. When we rang reception they told us we had to go down to reception and get some soap

Great location. Rooms are spacious.

No baking trays for the oven and a few kitchen utensils missing.

Lovely and clean. Car parking was easy and accessible. Comfy beds. Great pool, spa and sauna facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Sparkling bathroom. Conveniently located for where we needed to be.

We were very impressed and would come again.

Locality

It was run down and not clean in places where they should have been clean The beds were comfortable and clean. The fans in bathroom were dirty and air conditions filters need cleaning. There was dead bugs in the kitchen and upstairs the fly screen wasn’t attached and if the windows opened a child could easily fall out. Big safety issue there.

Honestly, I loved everything. I stayed at Metro Hotel South Perth on my last visit - And I had such a bad experience with every aspect there. A few of the Technicians I work with recommended Broadwater Resort Como, and rightly so. For starters, every single staff member I had the pleasure of dealing with were so pleasant and helpful. The Ten Minas restaurant makes a delicious Coffee & Custom Toasted Sandwich. The Apartment is Clean and functional. Includes everything you could possibly need. Can't wait to book my next trip there.

Location: close to city with convenient public transport bus services.

Self-contained facilities for cloth washing, preparation of simple meals.

Booked what was listed as a renovated, pool view room. Received a tired, worn room that faced the freeway.

Standard Lamp in the lounge didn't work. Lamp on side tables cord didn't reach the power point. Bedside lamp in the second bedroom didn't work. Sheer curtains in the second bedroom were hanging off. Limited kitchen equipment eg no bowl suitable for a salad, limited pan sizes. Very noisy dishwasher. Whilst the double glazed doors to the balcony did a good job of negating the very loud noise from the freeway, the noise from the internal areas (pool/spa area and stairways etc) was really loud and intrusive. This was made worse by having a number of large groups of teenagers staying with sporting groups who appeared to be constantly roaming with little to no supervision.

Clean safe and quality rooms with comforts to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Location the best you can get and quality staff who always look after our family for many years
