The hotel is excellent in every respect. Comfortable, top quality service, good food, gym, lovely spa, pool, beautiful views over the park... A really high quality operation all round.

It was disappointing that we were not warned in advance about the super-aggressive noise coming from the music being performed nearby in the evenings and sometimes during the day at a festival at the Théâtre de Verdure in the park nearby. I can understand why the hotel management chose not to mention it at the time of our reservation, as most likely we would have chosen an alternative place to stay rather than at this hotel. The auditory assault which continued until midnight on several evenings was excessive and scarcely tolerable, and seriously disturbed what was otherwise a delightful and restful stay. Future guests are strongly recommended to check the local events calendar before reserving, and I would recommend to the hotel management that they (a) warn guests of possible extremely loud noise and (b) campaign vigorously with the local authorities to have excessive noise curtailed or banned completely, in order to protect the business of this excellent hotel. It is hard to imagine that anyone paying 400 euros a night really appreciates having the windows of the bedroom rattled by a thumping bass beat which it is impossinle to avoid hearing and in fact feeling. People with heart conditions should sue !

Treats for the kids in the bedroom and drinks brought up to the room on arrival. Nice touch.

Service in the restaurant was extremely slow, we waited 45mins for a drink, the food wasn’t great and my daughter had food poisoning, vomiting and cold sweats all night, meaning we had a poor sleep. The breakfast was very poor too, there was no eggs left and when I asked for more I was told it was coming… it never did.

A perfect stay in Pau !!!!

Room service was fast and friendly and the food served was excellent. Enjoying it on my own balcony was even better.

Locating the Hotel was a little tricky but not the worst entranbce i have tried to find! The location on the park was superb with lovely views across the park.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were absolutely awesome. They went above and beyond in providing a first class service liaising with a local florist for a beautiful flower arrangement. I would highly recommend the Parc Beaumont.

room fantastic. lovely having a balcony. bed was amazing. great range of toiletries, bathrobes etc. coffee machine, mini bar and even vanity unit in bathroom with stool, good lighting and decent hairdryer (as a woman you appreciate this in hotels). staff very helpful & of course, dog friendly!

The breakfast was great, a lot of choices, the quality is decent. I love the cute ponds nearby, very beautiful surroundings.
